I was looking for a reputable company to get an extended warranty for my new OnePlus 5 cell phone. They didnt have a policy for one because it isnt a popular phone and it is a new model. They worked with me to generate a very affordable policy that gives great coverage. Though I've not had to use the policy, I highly recommend the company on their customer service and willingness to meet the needs of a new customer!

I sent my phone to them for a screen replacement back in June. It took them a week to send me a loaner phone when they said it would be overnighted. It has now been over 3 months since my Galaxy S8 was delivered to them and after sending multiple e-mails to my claims representative, messages through my account on their website, creating multiple tickets, multiple calls and even messages through their Facebook page I have not received 1 response from them. They are ignoring me. At this point I've been trying to contact them to give me my phone back, I don't care if the screen hasn't been replaced yet I just want it back and a refund for what I gave them to fix my phone. It should not take over 3 months when other places do it the same day. Not to mention, they sent me a faulty loaner phone that keeps randomly restarting itself, it erased all of my contacts, it doesn't let me view group messages and send or receive pictures. I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before trusting them with my phone. I feel cheated and if they don't return my phone soon I will be filing a complaint with the bbb & federal trade commission and if need be pursue legal action.
Back in July, I sent phone to this company for repair! After 50+ emails, I finally just asked the company to give me my phone back so I could get out repaired. Then, they sound that I was trying to commit a fraud. So the last email I received from the claims rep was there beginning of September telling me that I should have my phone in 2 days. Needless to say, we are now going into the middle of October and I still don't have my phone. Then, the only time I get any answers is when I make a review on this site! The lady that does the reviews is the only one that answers my questions. The claims rep will not even respond to my emails! That is what makes me madder then anything! All I was wanting was my phone and money back so, I could get it repaired myself and stop wasting my time with this company! I am extremely aggravated with this company and situation! I just want my phone!

On July 26th I submitted a claim for a phone from the plan I bought last year. My phone wouldn't power on anymore and I thought that even if it was determined non-repairable I would only be without a phone for 7 business days at the most (based on the Claims Handling page from their website). My phone arrived at their repair facility on Friday 8/4 according to the USPS tracking number. My emails and voicemails went unanswered until my claims advisor replied on 8/10 to say there was a 'shipping delay at the repair center' and he would have more information on 8/14, but I never heard from him again. I've called multiple phone numbers and left voicemails because I can't get to a live person. I've also opened online chat support tickets (which just create emails that get ignored because their online chat agents are NEVER available) but nothing got them to respond until I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, their reply was essentially 1) we are waiting for a report from the manufacturer's repair center 2) repairs can take longer than you would like and 3) you cannot get a refund (which contradicts their FAQ which says you can get a pro-rated refund). They last responded to my BBB case on 8/30 and I still have no phone and no one has given me an update.
I was so impressed with the service I got with my policy on my S8 that I came back and bought one for my daughter's S7. I am in the process of my first claim with the exception of the Miami Post Office misplacing my phone, everything has gone quite smoothly. Company reps have kept in touch and kept me informed.

This website is a scam. I paid over $100 to get m iPhone 6s sc4reen fixed and was promised overnight shipment of a loner phone and still haven received it. Its been over a week now. These people just try o rip you off and get your money honestly stick with Apple Care + because this is just sketchy and not reliable. I have been with a broken phone for a week and if I had gotten Apple Care + I would have had an operating phone by now. They never answer or call back on my voicemails I left them and I am truly, so very outraged. DO NOT USE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE.
I am sorry that your claim is not going as it should. In reviewing your account, I see that you were left a voicemail on Thursday explaining the delay in the loaner device. A loaner iPhone for AT&T is set to be shipped to you on the next business day. Contacting your claims representative directly or using any of our online resources to contact us is the best way to get information on any issue you may have.

Ordered the wrong plan and the canceled and hooked me up with the one I wanted immediately. Have had no issues so far. Have not used the insurance but just happy to have it.
I purchased a phone from a local shop a few weeks ago. Wife suggested I put insurance on it, I did so. Not long after, the screen cracked... followed the steps with these guys. Paid my deductible, mailed in my device. AS SOON AS MY DEVICE WAS MAILED IN, THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE "claims representative" took a bad turn. IT'S NOW BEEN 3 weeks and no response to email, voicemail or anything. I've called the main telephone number over 50 times at different times of day, no answer. These guys are frauds. They've stolen my device I paid $600 outright for. I am pissed and will be taking legal action against this piss poor excuse of a company.
I am sorry that you are having issues with your claim. In reviewing the account under the email address here I see that the policy was not purchased in your name and along with a claim being made within 4 days of the policy purchase it raised red flags with our fraud department. The account notes show that you were notified that they would be trying to contact the policy owner to verify that you are authorized to use their credit card and account.
They did get back to me when I requested a call - but, I had to call and request a return call.
Will know about the value of this insurance if I ever need to file a claim.
I don't like that they don't ever answer the phone so I can talk about my claim. Also cant get them to really reply when I leave a message. Sent in my stuff and cant get any answers. I know it takes time but its been a couple of weeks and I still cant get a response.
I apologize that you are having issue contacting the claims department. In reviewing your account I see that you filed a claim for loss and theft before your monthly payment policy was active. A claim denial letter was sent to you in regards to the decline.
I tried for 3 days to call the 800 number and could not get through after waiting on hold for 10 min you get and automated system recording saying all attendants are busy please call back. Fortunately i was able to get everything done through email.

I was lucky enough to get our coverage when a 30% off offer was made available. We got 3 years of coverage for 2 phones for the price of 1 phone with Verizon. I cancelled our Verizon coverage a month later. We've not had our phones lost or stolen, but we're covered now. We don't plan to make any claims, but we sure do feel safer now that we have made the change.

You forgot to mention how you attempted fraud by purchasing a policy and then filing a claim within 5 minutes! As you were told, your account is under review with our fraud department. As you attempted to defraud us of more than $500.00 it is a felony.
I have been a customer for over 4 years and have had 8 policies with them over those years. The price cannot be beat for the quality of coverage they offer. Working on claims with them has been an easy process. Even though my wife and I take care of our devices it is nice to have these policies as peace of mind. Compare what other device insurance companies offer and I think you will find that esurranty will beat them all, especially the coverage through your network. Apple Care is alright but eSurranty is beyond superior to that too.

Answer: I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at [email protected] and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.

It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

As stated in the policy terms and conditions as well as your claim documents that you signed, if a claim is deemed fraudulent, your device will be returned to you within 30 days after the investigation is complete. You should be thankful that you have a loaner device to use after you tried to defraud our company. Even after you were told how the investigation works, you continue to attempt fraud. Selling out decide would be a real smart idea...
