eSurranty Reviews Summary

The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating the affordability and ease of purchasing insurance policies. Positive feedback highlights prompt initial responses and the appeal of lower rates compared to traditional carriers. However, a significant number of reviews express frustration over inadequate customer service, including long delays in claims processing, lack of communication, and unresolved reimbursement issues. Many customers report feeling ignored and misled, leading to a pervasive sentiment of distrust. Overall, while the pricing is attractive, the company's execution and support appear to be major areas of concern.

I'm starting to feel like I'm being scammed. My Iphone 5S screen began to fail so I filed a claim 6 weeks ago. They charged my credit card $99.00 for a loaner deposit 4 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it.
They haven't replied to my recent email asking for relief and I still don't haver a working phone screen. Next time I'll just buy Apple Care.

In reviewing your account notes, it shows that you were refunded the amount in questions and you declined the repair option we offer which is having the device repaired by the Apple Store. We can not send you a new phone when your device can be repaired!

Same thing. I sent my Surface 3 for screen fix. After 2 moths they told me that they can`t fix it because is to new and that they talked with Microsoft and get a new one. Is about over 3 months since then and nobody answered i send emails called tickets and no answer, so i got burned for $1500 easy.

In reviewing your account I see that you purchased your policy on 07/13/2014. You made a claim for damage on 07/23/2014. Your chose the monthly payment option for your coverage and non of your monthly payments were approved when billed. There are 2 declines for your monthly payment obligation. Further review of your claim show that a new device was scheduled to be sent to you via USPS signed delivery. This delivery was cancelled because of the declined payments. Once your account is brought up to current and you have paid the declined payment fee's, then your replacement device can be sent to you. Your account is not with our Fraud/Risk department for review.

In reviewing your account, I can see that you did not complete what was required per policy terms and conditions. Furthermore, your live chat logs were reviewed and 3 days before you made a claim, you asked if you could just get a check instead of a replacement. AS per policy terms and conditions: All requested information must be received within 5 business days for a claim to proceed. As of today your account is in the Fraud/Risk department pending review for possible legal action. This is why your clams representative has not replied to you today.

Filed my claim for a cracked screen yesterday. Had my phone repaired at the repair center about 5 miles from my house within 1 hour. Now my phone works and looks like new. Esurranty is great! They are a very professional and customer friendly company.

The claims process is fast and easy. I have had Esurranty for 2 years and my last claim was handled within 3 days. Now they are offering same day repair which unfortunately I had to use this week. It was easier than I thought. I filed a claim, got a confirmation number within a few hours, dropped my phone off at 11 and had it repaired back to new by 2pm. I didn't have to be reimbursed any money. I just paid my deductible online with Esurranty and that was it. I will always be a loyal customer because they are always on point!
