I had a 5 star review for this company until I submitted a broken screen claim. To say that they were non-responsive to the point of fraudulent behavior is probably a fair statement. They were glad to charge my credit card for the deductible on the claim, as well as a $99 deposit for the loaner phone (which was never sent), almost immediately, upon approval of my claim. I finally disputed the charges a full month later when I gave up hope of ever receiving a loaner phone.

Esurranty is the best. They cover more than any other company that I did research on and other than seeing some reviews that were questionable in my opinion, I can't find anything wrong with them. I chatted online with one of their agents to verify some information and the response was quick and very informative. Although I have not had to make a claim, I can tell you that the 2 times I tried to speak to someone, I was answered right away or within a couple of minutes. I've done my research and Esurranty is the best!

5 years as a customer and I am still as happy as I was after my first claim. I just had a new claim for my iPhone 6 a few days ago and everything was handled within 3 days and I even received a new phone since Apple couldn't fix the issue with my old one. I just bought a new policy for my wife's new iPhone 7 and look to having 5 more years of great customer service with esurranty. Rick was my claims rep the last time and he was very professional and straight to the point.

I had Asurion through Sprint for years and with the last claim it was the end of them for me as all they did was lie to me. So I went searching the net for another means of covering my phones where I found many insurances available so I took a few days and went history searching on each one. Everyone had good and bad so I did a little more digging into each to figure out what the reasons were for the negative feedback. Many people had multiple complaints with Asurion and others as well as eSURRANTY. But what I did find with eSURRANTY is that yes there are people that have problems do to their own neglect and not completing the claim process or even complete the registering of their phones. If you just follow all the prompts and screens you can complete any claim or sign up quickly and eSURRANTY will be able to repair or replace you device in a timely manner. After searching through many companies I am happy to say that I have switched all my coverages to eSURRANTY and have been pushing many others to do the same.

Cancelled my policy 1 hour after choosing it. Its been a week now and I still get document via email asking me too esign for payment.
The email you received is an automated email that is sent to customers that request a monthly payment option to confirm payment. If you would have chosen the button to declined the Docusign email, you would not have received another one. Your policy was cancelled when requested and your initial premium refund was processed the same day.
I ordered this warranty for a new S8 Plus and the signup was a painless experience. I recommend this company.
I see all the fake notes and reviews posted on your homepage saying that esurranty is the best insurance company and providing same day coverage?
Whats wrong with your company? Its been more than a month and i did not hear anything from you guys regarding my claims.
I went through the reviews on yelp, google, etc., everybody has a complaint on you guys. Why esurranty is troubling customers. I am fed up i request to either process my claims or just refund all my amounts, would rather purchase some mobile with that refund amount. I feel that its waste of waiting trusting esurranty.
Answer: I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at [email protected] and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.
Answer: No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

In regards to being cost effective, we advise that a 2 year plan is usually more cost effective as the price generally go down for the coverage after the 2nd year.
