Very well executed! Although the process was long and it hit at the time of hurricane season which ultimately delayed me getting the replacement, the representaive was very professional and extremely helpful.

The worst customer service I've ever had! Won't answer phone calls, left messages and they weren't returned. I had to email many times to finally get a response and of course my claim was denied. Had the nerve and lecture me in a email. This went on for a month. Cancelled policies (bought 2) and since I filed a claim on one (and denied), i'm not eligible for a pro rated refund on that policy. The other policy refund will be pro rated. We'll see. I didn't do my homework well enough before I bought these policies.

I have not needed to file a claim yet, however, the process to sign up was very easy and quick. The coverage looks great to safeguard against lifes little mishaps. Price of the coverage is fair too!

When I was researching insurance for my new iPhone 6 eSurranty kept coming up for customer satisfaction. I wanted a plan that would cover loss along with needed repairs. The price was reasonable with easy signup. The first year of owning my phone I ran into a problem with the screen freezing up. Filing a claim was super easy and they actually called me back to me in 30 minutes. The weird thing was it was a Saturday night. Who gets back to you on a Saturday night? I got the necessary packaging and easy to follow instructions on Monday along with a replacement phone. My phone was returned to me within a week or I should say a brand new (not refurbished) Apple phone was given to me. ESurranty is great with giving you discounts when you renew your policy. I found the whole experience a little bizarre since their incredible customer service was something your rarely see nowadays. I definitely give them 5 stars.

Avoid this company, look at AppleCare or another provider. I sent my iPad for repair on Feb 28. On Mar 26, a manager emailed my device was being returned. By May 2, I still had not gotten my devise and my emails got no response. On May 3, I got an email from a manager stating my device was not repaired (the same one that some 30-days ago the company said was repaired and being returned) because it was purchased outside the U.S. (not true brought it in PA). I asked for my device returned repaired or the original be returned with a full refund. Today, June 2, my device is not fixed; not returned; and no refund. I have a complaint filed with the PA and NV State Attorneys General. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
>WARNING< Their service phone number and online for request for repair is phony. You can call esurranty every day but they won't pick up your phone calls. Their answering recording is phony because they will not follow up and return any message, USPS mail or email you back. I had USPS certify mailed all documents as listed online, still no response from esurranty. Their agenda is not honor your purchase esurranty insurance contract at any authorized repair center. Esurranty enrollment customer service will only take your money but they will not honor any future esurranty insurance repair service. Beware any fraudulently esurranty respond response.

I've been with eSURRANTY for over two years and never have had an issue with their service. Their prices, payment options, coverage, and knowing if something happens to my iPhone it'll be replaced with a new one and not refurbished is all worth it to me. Their customer service is great at answering any and all questions I throw at them. I havent found another warranty service option that beats eSURRANTY and I've looked. I'd highly recommend eSURRANTY.
Never buy insurance this crook company. I filed the claim, never respond. Also took my money twice from my Chase credit card for non reason.

Esuranty is worst insurance I have ever known. I purchased an insurance or policy for my phone. Then, my phone had a problem. I filled up the claim form. The paid the deductible they asked me to paid. From that day up to days I have not received the replacement phone. I have call and emailed them several times.

When I filed my claim no one reached out to me to start the process. I received a message someone would contact me. No one did. I had to contact customer service 4 days later to get the process going. I sent my phone in almost 2 weeks ago and I cannot seem to get status. Customer service advises me to contact my claims representative whom I can only reach via email. He either has not answered my emails or gives me vague answers. It should not take 2 weeks to repair a phone screen when via their website it states 1 to 3 days. Lesson learned... Never again...
Very happy with eSurranty! Their online portal was super easy to use. I got signed up real quick. Don't buy AppleCare or insurance with your provider, use eSurranty because it's cheaper!

You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at [email protected] and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.

It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.
