The world's largest provider of online escrow services. Removing the risk from online transactions with our government licensed service since 1999.
Escrow.com garners mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both commendable service and significant concerns. Positive experiences often emphasize the professionalism and helpfulness of customer support, particularly during complex transactions, which many users found reassuring. However, a recurring theme in negative reviews points to frustrating delays in fund transfers and a lack of transparency regarding fees and processes. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of refunds and the perceived incompetence in managing transactions. Overall, while some users appreciate the service for its protective measures, others warn of potential complications and inefficiencies.

Giving a 4 for overall experience but a 5 when it comes to resolving my concern of the transfer as it has been difficult to obtain the domain from network solutions. Appreciated the callbacks and quick resolutions.
Good services specifically the concierge service. Would use the service again
I was skeptic at first due to past low score reviews but the concierge helped thanks to the seller as they insisted to use Concierge for the transaction.
Specific FAQs when it comes to personal and company verification. The seller's driver's license only has 6 digits numbers and our system requires an 8 digit one. ID numbers varies from country to country and it would be better if it would support Australian identification details.
Your services have been great - I've already done a few of your surveys giving you accolades.
The coordination between escrow.com and eBay needs improvement.
I have used Escrow.com before. Overall it's good. 5/5
Better email communication that would provide a complete onformation and list of document you were asking for the verification.
It's better, it makes life easier, we don't have fill up any forms.
None as communications with concierge was great. I like how fast the transaction went as well as how smooth the process was done. I would definitely use the service as I didn't know about Escrow.com before.
Awesome work I would suggest to give a call to the users but that would depend on the time zone. I also would like to complete the transaction first before giving a rating but for now it's 5 stars.
Kana did great but overall, keeping the users updated with the status could have been better since we need the watch ASAP
Service is good. I requested the buyer to add the concierge service for my sake as I felt safer with the domain being held by a 3rd party. But I can say that the email should have been clear regarding the transfer instructions of the domain. Overall good work.
I'm giving a one star because I wasn't able to give less. This company has, by far, some of the worst customer service. Selling a domain name. I did everything I was to do. Received an email saying that payment would be sent shortly. Five days later and hours of my life wasted. I spoke to the bank and the money they claim to have sent hasn't even left their bank! They have you jump through hoops and in the end they say we've done everything we can. So much dishonesty. Don't trust them to handle anything!
It was good, it was fairly easy access, it wasn't difficult. You guys and Exchange were very informative
Smooth process all good 5/5 stars all around. Although I did want to change my email address however the one I'm trying to change to shows that it's already taken.
The website needs to have a flow chart of the process
I can't think of anything. You were very clear and specific in what I need to do.
The support has been fascinating using the service and both parties are protected but with regards to the process itself, it wasn't that great at all
It's better if Sellers were able to be provided more context or instructions when it comes to the process even without having them reach out to the Customer Support team.
Answer: Hi David, we've processed just over $3 billion in transactions to date, with transactions from $100 all the way up to over $10,000,000. In addition to our regular licensing requirements, I hope you'll take a moment to look at the customer testimonials on www.escrow.com
Answer: Hi Janine! Thanks for reaching out! As the largest online licensed and audited escrow operator, Escrow.com is your best choice for domain transfer transactions. Escrow.com safely holds or secures the Buyer's payment in a trust account until the entire transaction is complete. That way, Buyers can be confident that the domain will be registered in their name and Sellers can be sure they'll be paid. We also have the concierge service for domain transfers without content where the Seller needs not to wait for the Buyer to confirm receipt and full control of the domain as Escrow.com will essentially take care of that inspection in your behalf. The Seller will only need to transfer the domain to one of our secured registrar accounts and we can release the funds to them. On the Buyer's side, they don't need the inspect period to verify the domain because we will do that for them. Our concierge team will work directly with the Seller to transfer the domain to us so there's no need for the Buyer to stress with follow-ups about the domain transfer. As soon as we secure the payment, the Buyer only needs to advise us where they want the domain to be transferred to and we will take care of the rest. Our dedicated concierge specialists will assist you every step of the way. Feel free to leave your contact details and best time to call as we are happy to discuss with you further should you have other questions. Thanks!
Answer: Hi Milly, I'm not sure I'm understanding your question exactly but Escrow.com only displays bank information on our site and never via email. Check to make sure any emails you are receiving came [email protected].
Answer: Hi Doug, start by making an offer to the seller through the AutoTrader.ca's Secure Payment platform. Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot. Two quick tips: Always make sure emails about your transaction are coming from [email protected] email address, and make sure you log into Escrow.com to make sure you're sending funds to the correct account. Hope this helps!
