To be honest with you, I can't think of anything at all. It was easy for me and the seller. I guess the only thing is I hope that there will be a way for me to pay without going to my bank. But still I'm very happy.

I would give a 4.5 if possible since the only issue I had was I had to wait for the seller to confirm that the other domains was going to be transferred outside of Escrow's help. It kind of pushed back the transfer of the domain for another day. Overall though I would use your services again. Good job!

Concierge service is good 5/5. I would suggest moving the login button on the page is it's not visible when located in the upper right corner. Everything else is good.
It was very easy to use, very seamless. I just think that it would be nice to have a reminder when you login to the transaction about instructions on sending the title, I just received an email on how to send it.
