Ericdress was easy to navigate. It started with start shopping now and then it gave a list of what type of dresses you were looking for, then it pops up to the next page which is the style you are looking for. Upon clicking dresses, it gave me hundreds of images of the different dresses that you could chose from. Then it asks you the size and you click on it to add to your shopping cart. I selected one beautiful dress and delivery was free. Then it asks you your shipping details and that ends the process and finally displays your order number. They also send one to your email address. The delivery took one week to arrive and i was very happy with the item.
I purchased a beautiful dress for my niece from Ericdress.
The website was very easy to use, has a variety of personalised products and delivers the items in a timely manner- i received my item in less than two weeks which was good considering that the dress were personalised with my niece.
The dress arrived in perfect condition and looked exactly as they were described on the website.
Since giving my niece the dress (which she loved) i have also purchased a couple of other items of the website and all have been great.

Ericdress is a new online fashion boutique that is perfect for girls. They sell the latest fashion including dresses, playsuits, bodysuit, jewellery, shorts, skirts, tops and anything girly that you can think of. I have got my order yesterday and truly love ericdress!
I was very disappointed in the quality of the coat that I ordered. It looks like the picture, but for it to be a value of a $145.00 coat, it isn't. I ordered an XL because of having it a little bigger because of wearing a sweater in the winter with the coat. I can not even get my arm in the sleeve. I think if things are going to be made oversees, someone needs to let these people know that American people are not built the same, with a small structure like they have. I will not order again, I will not send it back because of seeing all the reviews of people who have sent things back and the problem they are having. I will hunt someone in need of a coat and give it to them. You got me once, but you won't get me again.
I am getting married next week. I got the dress because it looked really beautiful on the model! My shopping experience was really positive!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I bought a dress here thinking that it would be just like the display picture. But really, the display picture is one that they take from some other online website and then they make it overseas with cheaper material and try to mimic the picture. The quality of the material is absolutely terrible and they got all of the measurements that I ordered wrong. After contacting customer service, they completely ignored all of the wrong measurements and said that they could not refund my money even though the dress is COMPLETELY off from what it was supposed to be. Also, the website says that it's free shipping. IT ISN'T. I even emailed the rep and they said that the deal was not available anymore even though it still says it on the website. And if the customer rep is reading this, DO NOT ask me for my order number to confirm the wrong measurements with me because I have already emailed you SIX times without any progress in my complaint.
