For over a week now I have been in correspondent with a so called "Frances" asking for an address to where I can return the unsuitable dress that I bought from Ericdress and to get a refund! She/He keeps repeating the same email over and over "please prefer" to the website re dispute! They are just fobbing me off! They have my money and I have a dress that is far too small for me! I am a size 10 and I would need to lose about a stone in weight for the dress to fit me! As I read other similar complaints on this site my heart sinks! I was so looking forward to receiving the dress, thinking I'd bought something different for a future wedding and now I'm left with a useless piece of material! I have informed the company of the order number and my telephone number! Therefore "Frances" if you are reading this, don't go asking for these numbers again to make yourselves look interested in my plight! All I ask is to have my money back as soon as possible! I trusted you with your website,
You intruded into my email with your constant advertising! But once bitten twice shy- this is my second buy from the internet, I will never be buying anything from the internet ever again! And I will be spreading the word about Ericdress!

I ordered 5 items. When I came to pay, the site would not accept my credit card (altho' it says Visa cards accepted) RED FLAG right there! I should not have proceeded further. I had to use my debit card which came straight out of my account. Very bad move on my part! Two weeks later I received 4 of the items - none of which fit. I did not know the order was coming from China (no address on website, again beware!) sizes were small and I doubt I would have ordered knowing it was coming from China. I have now sent 3 emails about returning or exchanging items and asked where my other item is? I have received no response. I tried the phone number - disconnected - Buyer beware! I decided to just send items back with a letter until I discovered it was going to cost around $200 to ship them back! The whole order was less than that! Then I got smart (too late) and started doing more research on the company and found many complaints and warnings to stay away from them. Once you have ordered there is very little chance of a refund or even an exchange on which you would have to pay shipping anyway.
Basically, there is no customer service - no phone, no response to emails. I was also trying to find an address to return items. This site is a scam, it operates out of China and the items are nowhere near as nice as the photos or the fabrics made of what they describe. My advice, stay away. I wish the Federal Trade Commission here could get involved and warn people or regulate the operation or plain shut it down. People are getting ripped off. Even if I could return things at this point, I would not do it because I doubt I would get my money back or an exchange. Sue Georgia

I found their clothes to be extremely small and of poor quality. Their XL is more like a XS. I emailed them and asked for a refund, but I have not heard from anyone!

Ordered a dress from them that had threads hanging off the hem that I didn't notice until I had cut the tag off, making it ineligible for return. I emailed them letting them know and with photos for reference, and recommended they check other dresses from that supplier because I had to trim the whole thing with scissors. They immediately gave me credit for the value of the dress. Very nice of them and great customer service!

It is a serious site that respects its clients.

I would have given the site a five star but the shipping took a little longer than I had been informed by the site's customer service department. 3 days longer, suggesting I always have to order weeks ahead. My order ID was ******* expedited shipping. Anyway The dress looks well sewn and has all components described in the site. Pleasure shopping from you. In future improve on shipping.

Ericdress has great sales, otherwise they're a little slow for me. There clothing is great quality. Their end of season sales are the best of any site. I have a pair of athletic pants I've worn for 3 years and they still look great. I have always been please with my purchases and if not, they cheerfully refund you.

CHEAP clothing made overseas. They had NO tags on them. Half the order didn't fit; I promptly wrote to them - they asked for PICTURES and won't refund my money. She did offer to give me a nice discount on a future order! Never again! Very disappointed - a total waste of $150.00. They don't allow returns.
