Great to deal with! I bought a dress and a handbag on Ericdress at the lowest price I've yet seen. Ordered on last week and delivered this Monday. Spoke with Customer Service on the 'phone and they were efficient and helpful.

This is another store when the physical shop isn't always that easy to get into. Online store means you get access to the Ericdress you know and love. I have already got my new dress and it seems that everything is fine. I would shop again at this site, next sale/ promotion they have I plan to l purchase more items here..

I ordered two beautiful dress for my niece that were on sale. The prices were great, the discounts were ones you don't find in stores. The postage did take a little while because it was shipped from overseas, anyway, everything is fine.

I bought a dress and jacket fromhere on Friday and they arrived safely today. I like browsing their site for clothes and the sale section is just wonderful - so many bargains to be had!

Shipping was express and free for my order as it was more than $50. The quality of the clothes isn't too bad, especially if you pay sale price though full price is quite cheap anyway.

This website is fantastic for tracking stock that has sold out instore. I must say that I find the viewing option to be a bit sore on the eyes (you have to hover over an item to see the price in a flash style viewer) but the products and range are great.
I ordered two dresses and in the end, I got botth of them. I even received some great freebies. What great service!

I'd like to share my experience here. I bought a jacket from Ericdress and finally I got it. Luckily, being a locally-based means once the order is actually dispatched, it shouldn't take very long to arrive (standard post). So far, I've not had any major issues with previous orders / service from ericdress, so I'd probably shop there again, but only if I cannot find what I'm looking for elsewhere first!

First time ordering from this vendor. I was uncertain about the quality and service. I can say I am very pleased! Delivered as promised. The dress fits perfect. Quality is very good!

I found the website very easy to use. Description of each item was very clear. Plenty of styles and colours to select from. Website will also show you stock availability of the colours and sizes you want. Shipping took about a week (including weekends). Package arrived undamaged. The product met my expectations. Apart from the order confirmation email, there were no other emails to notify me of the progress of delivery/location of parcel. Still a good website and experience.

My first review on this site, I know people normally forget the good and focus on the bad, but this time I thought I should give Shoesales the credit they deserve.

Wonderful people on their customer service line who are very helpful and guided me to the perfect size and colour for my evening dress!

I received my dress pretty quickly and it was beautiful. Unfortunately it did not fit properly. I immediately contacted them to let them know that it was too big, bulky and uncomfortable. Three weeks later and I still can't get a refund. I keep getting the run around. I almost feel as if they are intentionally delaying the process so that it can go over the thirty day return policy. I don't know what to do. I sent photos with measurements but they said they are not good enough. The experience has been frustrating. I will NEVER buy a dress on line again.

It took 34 days for the jacket to get here. We paid 57 dollars for it, and here's what was wrong with it: It is NOT wool, like they said, it's polyester. The measurements are not what are described on the size chart. The buttons were, I kid you not, an entire inch lower on one side than on the other. The tulle (adorable in the picture) that was supposed to go around the bottom of the dress was so cheap, it was probably bought at Walmart. The jacket was stuffed into a ziplock bag (that had a large hole in it) and then put in a package. It was extremely wrinkled. It was also supposed to be a jacket that looked like a dress (meaning it went to the knees) but instead it went above my mid-thigh. The customer service is also a JOKE, as they never return emails, and with their return policy of 30 days, if we wanted to return it, we would have had to turn around and sent it in the mail the same day we got it. As well as pay another 20 bucks for shipping. I'm just a little disappointed. Do NOT buy from this company, it's a massive scam.

Worst company ever. I could never get a hold with customer service. Its been already 38 days and I haven't got my order. WORST EVER

I bought several items from Ericdress, which were super cute. The prices were awesome and a 30% off code was automatically applied at the checkout. Shipping was free as well.
It was shipped within 2 days, and arrived within a week after that. Also, their customer service is great, prices always fantastic and their products are wonderful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've purchased a woman's shirt and a beautiful handbag. Received it within 3 days and the products are excellent quality. The stuff online are very friendly and excellent. They always help me to choose other styles when I was difficult to make one decision of which to buy. Excellent shop!

Made an order on Saturday, everything was packed yesterday (Monday) and my birthday shoes arrived today just in time for my birthday dinner! So their amazing service ensured my order arrived after one business day, love it.
My sister ordered for me with a $20 discount voucher and added gift wrapping plus a personalised message that a human hand wrote! Made my day feel more special, so thank you Ericdress!

Since it was a gift I'm not too fussed about the price though it is quite expensive for quality clothing. I would recommend this store for its clothing, service and nice site design.

Wow, what a beautiful dress... It fit so perfectly and i just can't wait to walk down the isle and sdhow my future husband the dress. This site is wonderful and when you sign up, you receive a voucher with no minimum spend.
I have ordered a new dress and it is of great quality and well-worthed. Even if there was without the voucher, it is lightweight and comfortable.
The clothing on the site is of reasonable prices, it's especially good when they go on sale.
I will be back! Loved the promotion they ran.

This site is a great place for up-to-date, and on-trend fashion pieces at really nice prices.
Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 and arrived in 2 business days for me.
I do wish the site had more info like model height + measurements as well as the materials of the clothing as it would make me buying more informed and lessens the risk of me buying something I will never wear.
Overall, a great store I'd recommend!
