I ordered a Karcher prat, although there was delays from manufacture as it was a difficult not frequently ordered piece to order the Seller kept me up to date with the order and delays and delivered the part successfully t the end. I would definitely recommend and would use them again for other needs

After waiting months for delivery from Sears I went on line with my part no, 4 days later, delivered

The spacer I bought was fine, but the auger shaft it was to be mounted on was so worn that I had to hire a welder to build up the shaft and then grind and hand file the shaft so the spacer could slide onto it. The snowbblower is back in service now, and is ready for the first snowstorm of the new season! (note that there was NO problem with the actual ordered part at all)

The website had very clear instructions as to which part to select and how likely it was to fix the problem. The part arrived one time and worked great.

The part was needed for an elliptical machine that's over 10 years old, & the machine could not function without that part. EReplacementParts had this part in stock & their part was identical to the damaged part, & did not appear to be an after-market part. My elliptical is now working (almost like new), & therefore I highly recommend this merchant.

I ordered a replacement paddle for our Cuisinart ice cream maker from eReplacementParts. It was just like the original paddle and works perfectly. Communication from eReplacementParts was excellent and part arrived quickly. Could not be happier and they will be my first "go-to" for appliance parts.

Part was easy to find on web site, shipping was quick and well packaged (really didn't need to be as this was a hard, non fragile part, but it was)

Not sure how the description could be so far off regarding the item I wanted to order.

Asking for a 1" wide sander belt 36" long.
I got a 6" wide sander belt, 48" long.

It was expensive and took so long to come that I thought it must have been take from my door step.

Ive ordered several parts from here and they have all arrived as expected, but the last part i ordered i no longer needed, i found it cheaper on a different website along with another part i also needed that was out of stock on this site. This was about 5-10 minutes after ordering and i sent an email to cancel my order. No reply. I sent another once it shipped confused and then another to return the part when i eventually received it and none have replies. I really need to return the part as it was quite expensive and i dont need it at all. Just wish the customer service was better.

(Tl:dr): getting parts is great but getting an email reply to cancel/return a part is impossible.
