It took a fair dit of time to arrive, all was there but some parts where wrong, the piston plunger was definitely not the correct model.

As the title suggest, large Selection, and excellent customer service. The parts quality is good too. Just be certain the parts you order are correct. If they are not, the return process, while easy and prompt, can be costly. Shipping is not refundable, and you have to pay for return shipping too. They are based in Utah, therefore it can be costly if you live on the east coast.
I received the parts quickly. Only issue was that the part for my finishing sander wasn't an exact fit and I had to drill a couple of holes in a steel plate to allow me to line all four screws needed to attach it. Not a huge deal but a little irritating.
I ordered parts for a Bissell carpet cleaner and the USPS lost my package. After the post office did an extraordinary search, I contacted eReplacementparts.com. They refunded the original order and I reordered the parts all on one quick call, and they arrived super fast! Highly recommended!

No one answers the telephone and no one reads the emails that we send. I wanted.to.cancel one item from my list because it delayed.the delivery > one month and I could not comunicate neither by email nor by phone.

I had ordered a replacement hedge trimmer blade. They sent the wrong part and not the blade. I called and described the part and the rep agreed that they sent the wrong part so he credited my charge. Several months later they sent the same incorrect part and billed my card again.I'm tired of correcting their mistake
Was the correct part, arrived a day early and husband was able to fi the issue and got to work immediately.
Sold products that they didn't have in stock or couldn't order from their supplier and didn't refund the purchase price immediately.

I ordered a soap tank for my Ryobi pressure washer. Had the OEM Part number and found it on their website. I have ordered from them before and always had a great experience. When I got the soap tank it was wrong. The old tank is the first tank in the pictures and the one they sent me was the back tank. Way different and not interchangeable! Sent customer service an e-mail and heard nothing for three days. Called the main number and was disconnected saying they were experiencing high call volumes. Sent another e-mail and asked what the solution for the incorrect tank and I was just sent a RMA with no explanation whatsoever! Piss poor customer service! With all the other websites out there you need to be ahead of the pack. They have fallen way behind! I am not sending it back because I don't know if I am getting refunded for my original shipping charges which were twice the price of the part and they didn't send me a shipping label so I will cut my losses and never do business with them again!
It took about six weeks before I got the parts I needed, but when I did they were exactly what I needed.
I was satisfied with the purchase of a new contoler (*******) and element (*******) for my Char-Broil electric BBQ. The heating temperature and temperature control are like new. The replacements parts cost me 50% of the cost of a new version of my Char-Broil BBQ (including taxes, transport and duty fees). The replacement cost thus remains financially sustainable AND just as important I have the satisfaction of contributing to the preservation of our environment.

In only one out of several orders over the years, was the part on back order and cancellation of that item was quick and easy. With credit back on our CC almost immediately.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
