My weed eater came apart and I wanted to make it great again, so I removed all the old parts and went to replacement parts website and ordered everything I needed to make the repairs thanks guys!

The product took ages to arrive. When it did, it was not tall enough to be useable with my coffeemaker. I thought I was specific.

Received parts that did not match requested/purchased part. Received product that did not match pictured product. When parts were returned with noted concerns, received no response from business on my concerns. Likewise, impossible to reach anyone via phone to discuss concerns. EReplacementParts has excellent business concept but poor business response to customer needs.

We have used eReplacementParts in the past. The last purchase was for vacuum bags for our 3 gallon Shop Vac. Although Shop Vac still makes a 3 gallon vacuum, it is almost impossible to find genuine vacuum bags. Thank you, eReplacementParts! The delivery time was fast, as well!

My replacement chain for lawn aerator was shipped on time but did not include master link needed to connect chain together. I had to buy from local business to complete repair.

Ordered 2 parts for a worm drive skilsaw. Received both parts and neither one was what i had ordered. The blade bolt, and blade washer were both not the standard washer and bolt found on every skilsaw i have ever owned for the last 40 years. The bolt was small, and washer not the one to fit. I have tried to click on return info to no avail.

Lost some parts for my saw through moves and loaning it, and was worried that I wouldn't be able to replace them. Price was kind of high (I live in Canada, and the exchange and shipping essentially doubled to tripled the cost of the part), but as the model is no longer available there weren't other options. I was happy to be able to keep my saw going (safely) rather than buy a whole new one.

I repair anything from a cordless drill to a 30k generator. I can always find the right parts at a fair price. I will say shipping has slowed with resent orders, but my parts did come through correctly.

These parts were factory replacement parts. They fit perfect and restored the tiller/ trimmer to preform like new again. Thank you for your parts and fast delivery.

I never recive the parts I ordered over a month ago I end up buying another machine because I never received the parts o my money bad service

Can always find what I'm looking for wether its a fuel shut off for my generator or parts for my impact gun or my washer machine they have it all at a fare price

Over all a good experience. It would have been better to know what I was ordering had to come from the manufacturer to start. This issue delayed my order for several months.

This company is an excellent provider of replacement parts. I have dealt with ereplacementparts for years, and have always had a great experience. First, their huge database allows me to find the parts I need, and their prompt response with the correct part is spot on! This is a great company.

Please change you carrier from USPS... The part shipped on 10/13 and it's now 10/21 and the tracking information can't tell me where it is or when it will arrive. Now I'll have to rent a nail gun.

I have 15 year old lawnmower that I bought at yard sale. Front drive wheels were shot. Just punched in the model number of mower and eReplacementParts showed me the correct wheel as well as telling me that it was not the same wheel as 15 years ago but that it would fit and work. Shipping was a bit pricey but the wheels arrived and went on without a trip to the hardware store.

Waited 4 months for a grill part, then the wrong part was sent-had to send it back. When I called to verify my model number, they said that was the correct part number from their database?
I called another company and they had the correct part number. EReplacement needs to clean up their database.
Very unpleasant experience.

I ordered the part for my mower and was expecting a huge delay due to covid but my part arrived within a few days. I will definitely use them again!

After many months I cancelled my order. I am returning the parts you sent, because I found them elsewhere. Order #*******

If we all only had the time to wait. I did receive my part but the wait time was more than a month. I ordered the part and thought it might come within a week or so but not the case.
