The parts were shipped fast and received quickly, and the part was exactly what I ordered and needed. The parts were easy to navigate with their clear diagrams so I was confident I had ordered the right part. Now my espresso machine is back to working properly. I was skeptical ordering from a company I've never heard of, but this company was completely legit. Espresso machine freshly tested and pictured with the old part I had replaced.
Arrived over 2 months late. Customer service sucks. Product doesn't even fit my machine. Avoid these losers.

As stated by eReplacement Parts at the outset, delays were to be expected. It took awhile for the part to arrive, but it was on time, worked perfectly, and there was communication from eReplacement Parts during the process. I did not have to follow up once. If needed, I'll buy from them again. Sure is nice when people perform well and do as they promised.
I ordered a part for my lawn tractor. The part did the trick, tractor works great just took awhile to get the part.
Order # *******. I ordered 2 replacement foil cutters for an Oster Wine bottle opener, and they arrived when promised. They were packed individually but the inside of the plastic bags and the cutters are so sticky I can't use them. A refund was provided in full, including the shipping, but I could not get a live person on the phone, and nowhere was I given the option to order or request replacements.
I thought I would need to buy a new framing nailer when my gun started dry firing. I decided to open it up to see if I could determine the problem and it was obvious. The plastic core of what I believe to be a recoil dampener was a hand-full of plastic rubble. A quick web search led me to eRplacementParts who had the assembly I needed for about $15. The part arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. Saved me $100 + to repair as opposed to buying a new gun.
Ordered 3 parts for a cirsaw fix. Power cord, wing nut and wing nut bolt.
Received the power cord, the wing nut bolt but instead of a wing nut... I got a Trial enclosure. Albeit, the bag said wing nut but visually it clearly is not. So the wing nut that filled the order, does not know what a wing nut is... ironic.
Cheap part tho... I can find locally.
Love this place for getting parts. My experience this time was that the incorrect part was listed on the mower that I needed. I do not know if was my fault or the part search engine error. Anyway the refund was granted and now I can get the part I need. Thank you.
Exacty the proper cord replacement along with the cord protector and wire stake ons. Awesome. I did a good job selecting the proper parts but that's because you guys had everything marked and labeled which made it easier to do. Shipping seemed to take longer than I liked but I'm happy with the parts thank you.
First time customer, I ordered a part and realized shortly after that I no longer needed it. I sent an email immediately that night asking to return. I assumed you guys wouldn't see it til after the weekend, but it seems no-one saw it at all. I sent two and still no reply.
Waiting on product still from 10/06/2020 tracking # show it was delivered on 10/10/2020 never happened. Try to call nothing, emailed nothing. Need part badly.?

According to the website the part I ordered was correct. It would not fit my tool. I called and talked to customer service. They could not figure out why nor did they have a solution so I returned the part and ordered it directly from porter cable.
The product that you guys sent to me was exactly as stated on your site. So as far as i'm concern this was good business
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
