I needed a motor for my 40v string trimmer. The problem was Ryobi changed the model #. The lady I talked to figured out what I had and what I needed. Promptly shipped it. Perfect fit. Next time I need parts, this will be my first stop.
The product I ordered was delivered quickly and was not a knock off. The price was at least half off what I had seen at other sites. I am well pleased and will remember this company going forward.
I ordered a part for one of our machines that broke down and stopped production. Paid for next day delivery. Showed up a month later. They did not respond to multiple calls and emails.
Part was a good fit, delivery fees was more than the cost of item, but i did my research and this was still the inexpensive way too go,

I looked on several site for the part and could not find it. I borrowed a tool from a friend and a knib broke on it and I didn't want to return the tool broken so I was excited to find it on your site.
Double and triple checked model number on stove and these ended up being the wrong knobs for my stove, very disappointed
Craftsman Carburator Fit exactly plus it works. Poulan Pro Ground Strap did not fit correctly so I had to modify it.
Part was as advertised, only thing I found this part elsewhere after purchasing for quite a bit cheaper price. Fair deal

Overall I was very satisfied with my experience with eReplacement Parts. The one thing I would point out is that the replacement fan I received for my Nutone bathroom fan did not fit. The two tabs did not fit into the slots in the housing that was in the ceiling. I had to cut 1/4" off of each of the two tabs to get them to fit into the housing that was in the ceiling. Other than that the assembly went well.
This became as easy a process to look up the correct part and order thanks for your great website and order process all my order is exactly a prefect fit for my repair
It was a simple part, the lever to allow the adjustment of the cutting depth of my worm drive. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find it and I was going to have to buy a new saw, but they had what I needed at a good price and got it to me quickly.
The replacement seal for our blender arrived after several months upon placement of order. Although we were not in hurry for this seal, I was able to make a temporary repair on the old one. I tried out the new seal and appears like it work just fine. The only difference between the new one and the old one is the the inside diameter of the new one is about 1/16" larger. I don't think this will be a problem once the bottom cap is tightened properly.
I needed parts for my porter cable air nailer. I never worked on one before, but their blue prints, and advice were excellent. I got the right parts, right away, replaced the bad parts, works perfect.

We were finally able to speak to someone at eReplacementParts and they were very helpful and sent us the RMA paperwork and UPS shipping label very promptly. The part direct ships from GE, so eReplacementParts couldn't guarantee that the part would arrive packed any better the second time around. Considering our options.
We ordered a part to repair the vent hood on a GE microwave oven. The box arrived with no tape on one end. We were surprised that the part was still inside. There was no packing material at all in the box, the part was able to completely rattle around inside the box. The part is mostly plastic, so the result of all this is that several tabs and areas were broken, rendering the part less intact than the one we were replacing. Went to the eReplacement website to start the return process. We are now in an endless loop waiting for eReplacement to contact us to arrange the return. You can't talk to someone on the phone, and email messages are returned with an automated reply that states:

We have tried the website, but any process to return a part is met with "you need to contact us" message.
We have been waiting two weeks now for eReplacement to contact us.
I ordered a timer knob for my toaster oven. It was listed as original part. On the backside of the original one piece knob was a plastic shaft that fits over the timer shaft. I received a flat surface knob, Totally useless. A waste of over $10.00
This Presto replacement part Heat control, with small probe, for use on electric griddle. The heat range is from 0-400 degrees and I find that all the way up is what is needed for cooking pancakes. It does shut off properly when the temperature is reached but whether that is 400 degrees or not I don't know. I don't use the griddle for anything else so I don't know if the lower settings are of use. The company seems to be well-informed and responds to inquires about replacement products and potential substitutes. The order was shipped promptly and arrived soon and in good condition. Good job by eReplacementParts.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
