Ordered a siolionde for lawn mower sent a gasket $83.81. Was told did not need to return gasket would receive refund. Charged another 83.81 for the part. Got it still, wrong part. Told need to return part for refund did that still no refund and now out$167.62. Don't do business with this company ever.

My husband ordered a replacement part for our air compressor. We received our package in the mail fairly quickly but only to be disappointed they mailed us the wrong part. Packing has two different labels on it. One with the item name and number we purchased and the other with name and item number that was actually in the package. (See photo) Tried calling everything number and extension they provide only to get a recording recommending to email. We did that to only get a quick reply of a generic response to follow instructions to return from the website. Well that's all dandy if the part didn't fit or I ordered the wrong part, but the company sent me the wrong part. In order to return the part $5.95 will come out of my refund to cover the shipping... again if I messed up then I would be ok with that. They messed up and they should pay for shipping and send me the correct part. IF you could actually SPEAK with someone then maybe this could be explained and resolved, but instead this is a ghost business... taking your money and no customer service. The picture in the package is what we received. The picture with ereplacement.com watermark across it is what we ordered and should have received.
I ordered a replacement part for my 14" electric trimmer. It was too big, but I was unable to returned it. Couldn't do it on line and they don't answer their phones. I found one that was the right size and ordered it. However, it wouldn't work with my trimmer. They did send me two, however. I was not pleased and now I have to discard my trimmer because I can't use it.
I ordered my part and I was glad the representative was knowledgeable of the products to put my order in correctly. I did receive the wrong part but the representative who helped me verified my order was correct. She promptly refunded my shipping fee for regular ground and upgraded the shipping to the 3 day. Afterwards, I did receive my part as promised. I was inconvenienced but Mistakes happen; I am glad they quickly accepted responsibility and apologized for my loss of time and took care of the customer. I have used this eParts before and I will order from them again.
I have ordered parts from EreplacementParts many times and as long as I had the Model and Serial # of the Item I was working on, the parts fit everytime, no problems. I can only speak for myself and my personal experience, but I will continue to purchase from this site as long as I need to work on products that break down and need to be repaired. I reccommend this site and company. Never have I received anything that was damaged or wrong parts. That speaks volumes to me when I do most of my ordering online and trust me, I have had some very bad experiences with other companies. Thank You eReplacementParts.com. I had to rebuild a carburetor on a Kohlor Push Mower and the parts came quickly and fit perfectly, job down.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
