Ordered a siolionde for lawn mower sent a gasket $83.81. Was told did not need to return gasket would receive refund. Charged another 83.81 for the part. Got it still, wrong part. Told need to return part for refund did that still no refund and now out$167.62. Don't do business with this company ever.

Got it done. Ended up costing about 18.oo dollars. Instead of 150. That the lawn mower shop was going to charge me. Very happy.

Took nearly a month to get a bolt and nut that holds bar and chain on chainsaw. Understand COVID-19 issues right now but a bolt and a nut. Really?

I ordered a replacement part for my 14" electric trimmer. It was too big, but I was unable to returned it. Couldn't do it on line and they don't answer their phones. I found one that was the right size and ordered it. However, it wouldn't work with my trimmer. They did send me two, however. I was not pleased and now I have to discard my trimmer because I can't use it.
