I ordered a pressure switch for a Senco air compressor, part no. 2E*******TB on 11-10-20 and received it 11-23-20. The part was shipped in bubble bag and arrived broken, the packaging was totally inadequate. I contacted the company via e-mail on 11-23-20 and as of yet had no response. As of right now I'm not impressed with your service.
I ordered some sanding disks in early November. After waiting TWO WEEKS, they sent me someone elses order! I tried 5 times to call... no answer. I sent 3 emails, and all I get is cookie cutter replies.

Ordered a part for my food processor and was quoted about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they informed me it would be a little longer. Two months and after sending two emails I finally received my part. Now I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic, but every other company I have done business with has figured out how to deliver customer service. However, this supplier has a recorded message instructing you to send an email, which goes unanswered. Very disappointed with my experience... the only reason they got 2 stars was because I finally did get the right part.
Your site helped me easily identify the replacement part for my lawn mower. Part was delivered within a week. Replacement part installed on my lawn mower after receipt. Lawn mower is functioning like new. Lawn mower is 15 years old.

Ordered parts in the hopes of repairing my lawn mower only to receive the wrong items. The part I had hoped for did not have a photo provided among your parts listing but according to the description I had hoped my order was correct. I ordered a crank drive shaft but received some type of ring extension instead along with a cotter pin instead of a key type fastener attached between the shaft and blade retainer. Received return authorization and will be returning items shortly. Still looking for replacement crankshaft but am having difficulty finding parts list for corresponding mower model number Puolan Pro 550 push mower PR550N21RH3.
Brought a air clean boxs for my generator. Item came on time and it was a perfect fit. Good quality product.
My gold 20 gallon craftsman air compressor lost its tank check valve. Being a 1975 model, I could not find that check valve anywhere in Wichita Kansas, nor on some Air compressor websites.
Everything I found was either quarter inch or half-inch national pipe thread, my check valve was neither, it was metric thread.
But then I found E Replacement Parts.
The representative said they had it stock, quoted me the price along with shipping and taxation then assured me that if it wasn't the right part I could return it with no hassle.
Guess what? It fits, It works, and I'm making air again!

I ordered a hard to find part, and was very happy that it was available. But because of another part which wasn't in stock, I had to wait, so had a much longer time between order and delivery than anticipated. Bottom line... I'm happy to have my repair part.
When you need a replacement part, you need it fast! You want to know that when a supplier quotes you a time for shipping, it will at least be somewhat accurate. This is not the case with ereplacementparts.com. They shipped the product weeks late, with no notice, and were not available to cancel or modify the order. I should at least be refunded the shipping fee.
After 42 years of faithful service, my Craftsman air compressor finally blew a head gasket. Sears, of course, had absolutely no parts although their web site did say that, yes, they had made it back sometime in the last century. Found eReplacementParts on Google, called their customer phone number and yes they had the gaskets and could send them out by the next day. Gaskets arrived in 2 days, were a perfect fit and the price was absolutely outstanding. My best experience ordering on line EVER.

I tried all over trying to find the part for my spinning reel, and you guys had it. It got delivered and it was the correct part.
Second time Round and more than 3 months of waiting... and get the wrong part again. More than disappointed. I use your parts diagram to get the part # and get shipped a completely different part. Not sure how to even get the right part now.
