I did not appreciate having my order delayed waiting on one item out of stock. I would have reordered once tahat item was in stock.

I looked everywhere for a faucet handle for my shower and had no luck. I ordered a few but they were not what I wanted. I came across replacement Parts on line. I decided to give them a try. Finally, I found what I needed. I would definitely recommend them 100%. If I ever need to replace something, they will be my first choice.

Let me say Ereplacement parts are excellent.
They need to accept non domestic credit card purchases.
My order was shipped US to Us never left the United States. The 3 rd party that handles their international purchases charges a huge processing fee if you pay wth your purchase with a Canadian credit card and call it a shipping charge even though my purchase was shipped to a US address.
Why does eparts not handle their international purchase. Do they realize what their 3rd party is charging.
I buy tons of Us product with my Canadian credit card. No additional 3rd party involved and charging a huge handling fee and calling it a shipping charge.

You charged me $7.25 for a very small FREE USPS bubble wrap package, that you only paid $3.27 to get out the door, then USPS held my package downtown for three days until I had to drive into town and wait in long lines to pay ANOTHER $2.13 to recover it... so you ripped me off for $1.85 and made me GO GET IT...! Trivial...maybe...but the major inconvenience and stupid games has cost YOU a customer...since I will NEVER buy from you idiots again...good job... :O(
