Dont know yet, still havent got the parts, dont know were they are! Last i heard on the mail tracker was they was in nevada that was 3 weeks ago!
I wish I had known about ereplacementparts years ago. The stuff i have lost or broken over the years would have been easily replaced! Not only did they stock the replacement parts needed to fix my snowblower, but finding them on the website was a snap. I tried the actual Craftsman site and it was like playing Whac-A-Mole. I'd think I had the part within reach only to be led to a "404 Error" page or worse, to be informed "this part is no longer manufactured". There aren't enough words with which to praise ereplacementParts!
I needed replacement springs for a 40 year old Oster massager. I googled the brand, model and discription of what i needed and they came up. Very reasonably priced ordered and was immediatley notified 1 was out of stock. Less than 2 weeks later i was notified it shipped with the tracking number. Excellent experience and are exact replacements. Thank you
As I grow older so do my tools... and I take care of them as if they are my close personal friends... however, occasionally something breaks/wears out ( much like myself) so I always turn to eReplacement for the parts I need to keep my buddies up and running... they are there everytime ontime.
I placed an order for a cover and cap filler for a blender. The cap filler was the piece I actually needed more and turned out it was on backorder. EReplacementParts did not disappoint. They kept me updated continuously (for 4 months!) while waiting for th part to come in.
Got a 30 year-old scroll saw that needed a part. Even the manufacturer didn't stock it. Luckily, eReplacement Parts did! Easy to order and sent promptly. Enough said!
After calling and looking everywhere I finally found eReplacement parts, The part was back-ordered but they stayed on it, staying in touch with me through the process, and delivered the goods. For want of a $6 part I could not use my blender. Thank you for getting the job done. I am glad to know about your company.
My order arrived missing a part which was listed on the shipping ticket that came in the box. The box arrived undamaged and the invoice showed that I had paid for the missing part. A quick check of the website showed the part in stock. Bottom line, I paid for a part that has never arrived. What about customer service? There has been no one answering the phone, the recording refers you back to the website. I have written two emails to the address listed and now 2 months later I still have had no answer to my inquiries about the needed part that I paid for.
Until Ereplacementparts is willing to make an effort at customer service I will not recommend them to anyone.

It is a different connector from hose to handle, it is a different connecting style, do you have an part between hose and handle?

I ordered my replacement part back in October 2020 it is now December 18,2020 and I still have not received it. Very disappointed.
Update... I did finally receive my order the following week. All parts were of high quality and easy to install. My fireplace is back up and running!
After a couple of weeks, the parts arrived. I had ordered a chuck for a cordless drill, I received a set of brushes and armature for a motor. They issued a credit, I reorder the chuck and am still waiting for it to arrive!

The gas regulator fit the grill, but drip pan sent was not for the grill model I was looking for as described online.
