Looked everywhere for a replacement part for my daughter for her Black and Decker sander, found on your site. Price was reasonable and was shipped right away. She will be so surprised Christmas.
I've placed two orders for the charging base for our Dustbusters. The first order came in very fast, installed one and saved one for a spare. Unfortunately I stored it neatly somewhere and can't find it. I placed a second order several weeks ago, and it did not come as quickly. But considering this is for a unit that is no longer available, and delays due to Covid, I am very thankful you could get the part and our Dustbuster is running again! Didn't realize how much we depended on it, until it didn't work. We needed it especially now to pick up needles from the Christmas tree.
I am impressed that they seem to be able to obtain hard to find parts!
Easy to use website... order my part and delivery was on time... and the important thing was the part was well built and perfectly fit!
I placed my order and paid for it. A couple days later I received a email stating that eReplacementParts received the order and to click to check the status... Status showed that the order had been cancelled, but I didn't cancel it. I spoke with someone in customer service and they told me that i had to order it again. Dont know if it was a glitch on their system or if it was me, but it was frustrating to have to order twice and wait for the parts to come in to complete my project...
It took you a long time to send me the two parts for my cut off saw. I had also ordered a part for my air compressor that you told me was on back order. Instead of sending me the parts you had is stock, you held up the order until I finally had through a series of messages canceled the original order and instituted a new order for the parts in stock. This process took over three months. Any other company would have sent me the parts in stock and told me about the back ordered part. I would have then had the choice of how I wanted the back order handled. You should consider this change in your process.

I found the replacement parts for my Porter Cable trim nailer on this site that I've used before to keep my washer and dryer going. I installed them upon receipt and the trim gun is back in business!
Ordered 3 tiny springs for a spinning reel that I lost one for. The spring was tiny and I thought it would be a good idea to order extra. After waiting over a month for them to ship once I received them I noticed one of the bags the springs were in wasn't even sealed so guess where the tiny springs was... Who knows cause I didn't find it.
I mean now using a replacement for a long time and already being great service. I used to competition without seeing a name and awake for a month and a 1/2 and I was not able to reach anybody I finally calling a mix to gain sole my order. The parts was not on strock at the time. Good outfit and re liable
I ordered a foot pedal for a Kirby G4. I came faster than I thought. Good communication on when it shipped.

I received a very expensive and crucial part for my Sander, however the BARE control board was simply put in a plastic bag and was in Snail Mail for 5 days! It arrived with bent parts that needed repaired. EReplacments indicated "this is the way the MFG sends it? So what? When you send it to a customer, at least make sure it's placed into a protective box? Why compound the problem? Or at least, TELL THE MFG to change their shipping methods!
Took forever to get parts although they did keep me informed still was not the part I ask for. Needed a bolt for craftsman 20 volt battery saw got the bolts for a 71/4 circular saw.
Very happy with the prompt delivery of parts for my compressor for I thought I would have difficulty in locating them.
We broke the cutter arm on an expensive electric can opener. I looked all over for the replacement part and only eReplacement had. It was easy to order, arrived promptly and was exactly the correct part. I would gladly use them again or recommend them to others.
EReplacement Parts is not a bad vendor. I found a replacement miter guage for my table saw as I could not find an OEM part. It was also only about $20. Well, that is what I got. A solid plastic part that will certainly break with very little use. The pictures made it look much better than it was. The actual part is like a child's toy. Fortunately I found the original miter guage to go with my Rigid table saw, so now I have an emergency spare. You get what you pay for.
All was good on your site. Shipping by usps is what wasn't great, shipped to a certain terminal then takes days to finish greeting to me ugh!
Find another way to ship it! Great experience otherwise.
Pulled out our carpet cleaner for the first time in many years and found the cord hook had self-destructed. EReplacementParts had the part in stock and shipped it quickly. Although the replacement part was a different color than the original part it was a drop-in replacement and functioned correctly.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
