So excited to receive my replacement Braun whisk. Perfect match. Thanks so much, I can go back to using my Braun to whip my egg yokes for Deviled eggs.

The parts fit the machine perfect, thank you. I waited too long to replace the cutting blade and skid shoe that had worn out, that made it a bit harder to get the replacement parts to go on.

My first order was not filled in a month. My second order also took about 5-6 weeks to arrive. Maybe COVID and Christmas were part of the problem, but it seem like it took forever to get the parts. The part worked.

The picture of the part I saw before I placed my order does not match the part I got in the mail. I'm very disappointed. There was not even anyone I could of spoken with before and/or after the order was placed. As many times as I tried calling, all I got was a silly machine keep talking about Covid-19. The worst part is that I waited 15 days before I even got the damn thing.

Honest, courteous communications. Informed part was not in stock and shipment would be delayed. Was offered the option of cancelling original order and receive a refund, or wait until the part became available. Chose to wait, and the part arrived soon thereafter.

I gave this product a 1 because eReplacement Parts has always been a great company to do business with. But, the replacement pad I got for a Porter-Cable random orbital sander, model 333VS, is junk. It has a thin plastic back and the screw attachment holes tore out within the first few minutes of sanding. I will continue to purchase parts from eReplacement, but I do not recommend this pad.

I would love to give a review of the parts I ordered. However, I can't because they still have not arrived. I ordered them November 10th it is now Christmas Eve.

Because you haven't done $#*! for me yet, but charged me fifteen dollars for a first class stamp, that must have been lost by the worse delivery system in the free world!

I ordered a new motor for my Ryobi pole saw, Buying was made so easy with detailed drawings itemising all parts. Delivery was expected in 1 - 3 weeks to Australia. With XMAS almost here, I was surprised to still receive delivery on 23rd. Dec. Fitted perfectly. - Happy Chappy.

Ordered part, delivery time took extra 10 days. The part ordered was correct. But, again took tooooooo long to get.

Had what I needed at a fair price. What else could you ask for. Need to many words for review so i have to keep writing nonsense to post a review if this is not enough not wasting any more time.

The part was exactly what was needed. It fit perfectly and works well. It arrived when they said it would arrive. I will make this web site my first stop when looking for parts.
