I ordered what they said was OE replacement compressor regulator and gauges assy. LOL The regulator works but the gauges were junk had to use my old ones... for 137 bucks I basically got a pressure regulator. I wish I would have read their reviews before purchasing because the picture of what I ordered was not the junk Irecieved.

I have a Honda lawnmower that is 35 years old. I myself am a female that almost twice as old. My cord on the lawnmower broke and as a result messed up the recoil system. I looked on line and bought the part I thought went with the mower. It didn't work. I called eReplacement parts, there were only two parts that could have worked on my lawn mower. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I returned the wrong part and they sent me the right one. Three bolts later, I had my Honda starting like the champ it is.

Don't use them ever

What a complete joke this company is. The item I ordered was $5.26 I paid to have it shipped $6.00 and then paid to have it returned because it was not the right size. $6.00. I was told on the phone my purchase and shipping would be returned. Cost of $17.26. I get an email and they have returned $5.26... $12.00 short of the return. So because you sent the WRONG SIZE ITEM you want to through the policies in my face about shipping. Absolutely a joke. Will never buy anything from this company again. I hope you enjoy all of the reviews I plan to leave.

Ordered a replacement part for my dishwasher--showed as "in stock--ships in one day." Credit Card was charged. A week later, received a status that the item was backordered with no information on when/if it would be shipped. When I called customer support they stated that while they DID have several in stock when I ordered, those must have gone to other customers who ordered the exact same part before me. Ok, why does your website STILL show the part as IN STOCK? "Uh... maybe our system isn't as real time as it could be..." No... that's called fraud... Cancelled order, money refunded... Do not believe their In Stock status--especially on hard to find parts...

I ordered a set of three Heater Tents for my Charbroil Grill on 6/6/19. I received the tents only to find out they were not the correct size etc. I immediately sent an email to customer service. The response I received indicated they would send me a PREPAID label to return the items via a separate email. I never received the separate email w/ the labels as promised. I went back and forth with customer service via emails requesting they send the labels, (which they said they would 'Re-Send). Finally it was recommended that they send the labels via US Mail. I was told it would cost me $5.50 for the PREPAID labels which would be deducted from my REFUND, I agreed. I waited and never received the labels. I again, emailed customer service, and got a "different response" indicating I was solely responsible for the return cost. Now, it is going on three weeks since I made the order. Their policy states items returned must be within 45 days of purchase. I will mail them the items back tomorrow. I just would not trust them with my business ever again. I have kept copies of all the emails sent and received as proof that they promised to send the PREPAID Labels (at a cost) and failed to do so.

Ordered 3/4/19 still waiting they can't contact their supplier? Why are the parts still for sale a little misleading isn't it.

I wish i had read these reviews before i ordered a part from them. I ordered a part for my Breville espresso machine. The website described the part as Olab 9200H. Well, the part i received was a completely different brand. Of course, it did not fit my espresso machine. They said they'd give me a refund, but i have to pay for return shipping. Why should i have to pay for return shipping when they sent me the wrong part? Their response was "you should have known the part you ordered was a discontinued part." Really? So now the customer has to be in charge of making sure their website is accurately describing what they're selling? And to make sure that they're not advertising discontinued parts? Embarrassing business practices.

The part and description did not accurately describe product. No relief from customer
Service. They wanted another 5 bucks for leveling setscrews that ARE depicted in the picture of the part. No remedy from them. AVOID!

Needed a part to fix a pressure washer. Trying to get a job finished. Ordered Tuesday. Ereplacement did nothing for two days. Finally got in USPS and shows up a week later. Most other items i order online never have issues. Next time I won't be shopping there.

I ordered a replacement pusher for my Cuisinart food professor. It was not an authentic replacement. The original metal pusher component in metal and the replacement part is plastic. A waste of $25. I should have bought one on ebay.

Was promised delivery within 4 to 10 days, the party never arrived, emailing led me nowhere and calling was as worthless as tits on a bull.
Decided to cancel the order and purchase the part on Amazon.
As stated, forget this garbage and go to Amazon

Yes, I read the bad reviews but this company was so much less expensive than anyone else (by more than 75% in some cases) that I gave them a shot. These were grill heat plates for a Fiesta gas grill. The site said my parts would be shipped directly from the vendor and it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Turns out my items were in stock and I ordered them on June 16 and received them June 21, sent from their own warehouse. So not only was I surprised, the tracking was accurate and the items are OEM. Low shipping cost compared to others also.

I ordered parts for my lawn mower. Turns out I ordered for the wrong model (my fault). They were great about taking the parts back (still in packages) and refunding my purchase, and helping get the correct parts ordered. Their web site, with exploded parts diagrams for part identification, is excellent, and their prices reasonable.

It has already been 1/2 a month since I placed a simple parts order (and paid for), and still waiting. It took a week before they showed any action on the shipping tracker, but then things really slowed down. There are dozens of other options for these same common lawn mower parts, and I won't make the same mistake again.

Shipping Sucks

Paid more for standard shipping than the part okay fine. However they use some tracking software called FirstMile that never answers calls, does not update tracking told because the truck is not unloaded until it gets to my main State Post Office. Which does nothing to help tracking. Their shipping takes the max 7 working days which I did not see as I do business all over the world and standard usually is there max 5 working days sometimes in 2. I could of driven 40 miles go t this part that day paid less in gas and had it to use.

Learned my lesson

Ordered and paid for a replacement handle for my saw. They sent half the handle and when I called to ask why, suggested that I order the other half and pay again. Thank you, but I already learned the lesson.

It took this company 5 months to get me 3 replacement burners for my Napoleon gas barbeque. Their order number indicated it was a pack of 3 burners (see attached photo) but the manufacturer said the order number only called for one burner. EReplacmentParts kept shipping me one burner and I kept telling them that I was supposed to receive 3 burners. Each time I contacted them to tell them of their error, they would once again ship me 1 burner. I even sent them an email that I got when I contacted the manufacturer (Napoleon Grills) about the issue and eReplacment Parts finally corrected their order number. I will never order another part from this company, they are ridiculous.

I ordered a part for my Dewalt sawzall, specifically a lock pin so I could build my recently paralyzed grandmother a wheelchair ramp to get into her house. I ordered over a week before I had to build this ramp so that I had it in time to get this job done. What I received was a bag with the correct part number, and correct part description, same as the website. Inside the bag was not a lock pin, but a torx screw.

I contacted this place via email to inform them of their error. What a waste of time. I had to provide my order number and explanation in 3 separate emails. I got frustrated with not getting anywhere via email, so I called. It wasn't much better.

I was told that they would refund me for the incorrect part. They didn't say we'd send you the correct part. It seems that these parts ship from somewhere else and I was told that I could reorder the same part, but I would probably receive another torx screw and not the lock pin.

WHAT?!?!?!?!

What was supposed to be a simple order and receive has turned into a nightmare of customer service and refunds and returns. I have now cancelled my entire order, requested a full refund and will not be wasting anymore time or money with this company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This is not a professional operation. The probability of you receiving the wrong part is incredibly high. From reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's had to deal with this nightmare. This company is a disaster.
