The ordering process works well with good diagrams and descriptions of parts but the shipping department cannot seem to ship out anything in an efficient and timely manner. I have made two recent purchases. After several weeks the first was finally delivered however I am still waiting for the second after 3 weeks and my garden tractor is still down.

It was a simple part I needed but hard to find. EReplacementParts had it and quickly shipped it. Thank you!

Read comments as to need for replacing the blower wheel when the bathroom fan makes noise. Ordered replacement blower wheel for the bathroom fan. The part fixed my problem, very satisfied.

Ordering was simple and the part was delivered faster than expected. Installed solenoids in Breville barista express (with the help of youtube) to stop the buzzing noise and lack of pressure. Works great now.

The part was what I needed, but took several months to receive. I did receive emails on updates.

I called and asked for a pic of the back of the power switch, because i wanted to make sure it was the correct switch. I was told no pic and i would have to order it the way it was presented. I am now out the $9 because the switch was the incorrect one. I could have saved time and money with a simple pic!

My meat slicer quit working. I found that the gear was worn out. I was going to buy a new one but found this website with the part I needed. Price was right and fast shipping.

All the parts arrived. Only bad complaint I have is that the belt I ordered broke during the first snowstorm. Had to put my old belt back on and no issues. Could just have been a defective belt. I will definitely use the site again.

I read on your website that this was the right lid. It was the wrong lid and it's not worth my time to send it back. I threw the lid and my crockpot in the garbage.

When I ordered my replacement part, it said 7-10 business days. It was well over a month before I received it. I was lucky to order one on Amazon which got here in less than two weeks.
