This slow start replacement is for the discontinued slow start for my router. I was sceptical it was going to work. Clear electrical design detail included, or if needed, several online how to videos available. Easy install and works great. Glad to have my old friend back up and running.
All of the parts fit and the pressure cooker is working as if it was taken out of the box. I was considering purchasing a new cooker, now I do not. Have to.

The replacement pad for my orbital sander was mislabeled on your system. Called your support team and the agent was extremely helpful. Acknowledged there was a labeling problem and she browsed your system to get me the right part, then processed the order right away. I give her the five stars.

Bail springs were not the correct springs. Look on your web site at the springs I ordered. The ones I received were not like the pictorial springs exhibited on your web site. Please send 2 springs like those pictured on your web site.

I ordered a delicate part and they sent it in a bubble envelope and it was smashed. I called and they said they would make a note not to send it in a bubble wrap but in something more secure. The second shipment came in a bubble wrap and was also smashed. I called again and again they said they would ship it in something better and now I can't seem to get the part at all.

So i have a certain model toaster oven and after reading the Q&A section (couldn't find the dimensions), eReplacements told another customer that this part would work. So i ordered it and it was the wrong size. When i called, i received excellent customer service and they sent me a return label but it was for internal tracking once they received it. So i had to pay shipping. The shipping cost more than the part. It would've cost me less to throw it away.

These guys couldn't have made it any easier. I had no idea what the part name for my table saw was. However, they had an exploded view of my table saw. I was easily able to find my part, add it to my cart and check out, no problem.

I got a bad lawnmower carb and had to complain publicly to get customer service to respond.
The replacement part had a stuck float needle. Flooded the engine and deck with gas. EReplacement Parts won't so much as replace the soaked air filter.

Ordered brush holder and brushes for a dewalt table saw. Part came and was not the right part. I called and gave them all the numbers needed and they said it was the right part which it wasn't. The leeds were also bent which I told him. So after arguing with him he said he would send me an email for a shipping label which I never received, even checked spam. Waited a week plus called again girl looked up order and was going also to send shipping label of which I never got. I then had to order from another source and guess what it was correct.

I bought a seal for an Echo Trimmer from them for $2 and some cents they charged me $19 and shipping and sent me the wrong part I called them and explained to them and they told me to send it back and I have to pay the shipping the shipping they have already spent $19 on for $2 part and now they want me to pay for the shipping to send it back to them when they sent me the wrong part just a crappy way to do business and I will not do business with them again

I ordered a part in April 2019. The part did not fit my coffee machine. I let the issue sit for couple months, as I was busy, but I contacted them in October 2019 with a request to provide a refund. After couple emails back and forth, they indeed provided a refund. I call this a great customer service! Way to do the business..

I suggest you look somewhere else for your parts needs. I ordered several replacement power cords for my Milwaukee grinders. Order was placed on 8/19, took them two weeks to get them out their door. Here it is 9/4 and I still don't have my power cords. We'll see if they are the correct part when they arrive

Ereplacementparts sent me the wrong basic part. Despite several conversations with them, they refused to send me the correct part. Odd. Was supposed to be pull string starter assembly for a trimmer. They sent the part for the polar opposite end (see photos).

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
