Since discovering eReplacementParts, I've made several order-purchases from them. I've been extremely impressed with the detail with which they completed one particular order where the parts were on back-order from the manufacturer. I was sent follow-up e-mails giving me several options to be sure we still wanted the entire order shipped without the back-ordered part, held in its entirety to ship together once the back-ordeed part was in, etc.

Was looking for a small part for my Penn 7000 (not a cheap fishing reel), warranty had just expired. Checked on your site and you had it all. Every single part of the reel. Paid less than $2 for it and I have a new reel. Thanks guys. I'll be back. Michel Reichert

I cleaned the carburetor, and install all the replacement parts. Still would start. I put a small amount of gas in the carburetor and unit ran a short time, and died. I replaced all fuel lines, filter and gas tank gasket. The carburetor is getting the gas as I can see it moving in the fuel line. Note: I used carb. Cleaner, and air pressure several times without any luck. Upon inspection the tip of needle had worn prior to carb. Overhaul. I change the fuel tank gasket because I might have fuel leak. Upon replacement I didn't have a fuel leak.
I went to several repair shop and was told they wouldn't work on a Poulan equipment.

Was able to find a pretty obscure lighting part for a Ventahood kitchen exhaust system. Was exactly the part I needed, packaged well, shipped quickly and I was able to install it myself saving over $175 in service charge. Will order from them again!

Ordered parts and still waiting. They offer stuff on their site and it's seem that they must be a middle man. Only answer to your questions is they are waiting for manufacturers to ship. Keep giving a date to ship which keeps going by with no parts shipped. Don't waste money and time find better site

Toaster turns on but does not heat, it's not a problem with the fuse because I still got continuity, I was really hoping a thermistor could fix it but no such luck. I would leave a better review if the thermistor connector actually fit my machine but I had to make my own jumpers. The thermistor probably functioned fine and I am very grateful that I got one even after it claimed to be out of stock. Something really rare must have been broken with my toaster oven or this 7 year old model I was trying to fix just went out of stock.

Carburetor for a Sears chainsaw everything looks good, everything went well, the only problem it's bogging under hard acceleration, need to spend more time to figure out the issue. Didn't have this problem before, the problem before was that it wasn't starting back again when hot

I am so thankful that I found this website when I was searching for parts for my old pressure cooker. Not only did they send me the plate for the bottom of the cooker to keep meat from sticking, I also received a new gasket and a new pressure valve. She's cooking right along.
