Great Communication

The company had the best price for a simple little part for my treadmill. The thing still worked while we waited out the manufacturer locating or making up the part. Throughout the process, 3ReplacementParts kept me in the loop so I understood the delay.

I order a part and you were very slow about getting the part to me. I checked several times about when my order would be for fail. Was told that you were still waiting on vender to send to you. Which forced me to start checking elsewhere for the part. I found it Elsewhere and was guaranteed delivery in two days. My part came from Second order four days before your order was delivered to me. So I got with you about returning the part. And did so.

I ordered my parts on 12/4. I have been given 3 different delivery dates which keep getting moved. Now expecting them on 12/20, that is if it doesn't get moved again. I don't know why I paid extra for you to ship them faster since I'm still wAiting for my parts. Also, your prices are a little high. Can't really comment further on the quality since as I mentioned, I still don't have the parts!

As an added feature, we offer a one year warranty on all our parts, even though many manufacturers do not (some manufacturers warranty the same parts for as little as 90 days). Got my part very quickly, which was great given the circumstances. However, the part had damage to the finish that probably would have been prevented if packing material was used. Foam, peanuts, paper, whatever, would have been prudent.

When my older snow blower cable broke right at the start of the snow season, I thought i'd have to spend hundreds of dollars on a new one. I found eReplacementsParts on line as I was desperate. I called them and was so happy to talk to a real person on the other end. Ordered the part, and it came within 3 days! Saved a ton of money. Watched a YouTube video on how to install it, and now I'm back in business again. Would I do business with them again... you bet I will!
