Collar was just what I needed to fix my pole saw. However, it was only half the collar. I couldn't tell from the picture if it was both halves or if the picture was just an example of 1 half. I should have called but if a collar breaks what are the chances only half of it breaks? Disappointed I had to pay shipping twice for such an inexpensive part but it still beat buying a new pole saw!
I unfortunately needed a reapir to my sander and couldn't find the pats in Borneo so I went online and ordered from eReplacement. It is always difficult to get items moved into this part of the world but the sale shipping and receiving went off perfectly.
The parts solved my problem and the whole event was trouble free.
I can recommend this organization as truly efficient.

I own an older Makita grinder which has been a very excellent tool and there is nothing else out there in the market like it. When it broke I would have gladly gone out and replaced it with a new one... but Makita no longer offers it! Thanks to eReplacementParts I was easily able to find the necessary parts to put this tool back in service at a reasonable cost. The parts were exactly the same as the originals and I had them in a very acceptable 2 or 3 days after placing my order.

I have ordered numerous times for multiple manufacturer models and types on the same order. The odd parts in the order seem to delay shipping on the entire order. But the ease of ordering and a single shipping fee make up for the time delay.

They had a very rare part for a discontinued reel. A little pricey due to the shipping, but my $270 reel is working perfect again. It was here in 2 days.

Ordered a replacement thrower for my snow blower. Was easy to find. Shipping was a little slower than I would like. Part was a little hard to get on, but seems to be good quality. I have only had one chance to test it out. No real problems or issues.

The replacement parts were a perfect match, the only thing that would be helpful is maybe a diagram of how the parts go together, I took mine apart slowly because I new there where springs in it but, some type of instructions would have been nice.

Let me say I was glad to receive two of the parts I needed for my craftsman lawn mover. However the third part which is just a rubber slide over cover for the lever that adjust the wheel heights was wrong.
The part I received was a selector knob for a Husqvarna (I'm guessing a chain saw). The part numbers are the same. The craftsman part is ******* and the Husqvarna is 5327 70 10-37. I would like the right part but afraid if I recorded I would get the wrong part again.

I was able to find a replacement for the light bulb lens cover on my 30 year old stove exhaust fan. While it was available for a cheaper price and no shipping cost on another site, I went with ereplacement because I felt more confident of return policy, in case it did not fit..

The order was filled promptly, but I ordered spools of trimmer line. There wasn't any packing material in the box, so the spools unwound. Not fun.

We have purchased parts from this company several times. Every time we purchase there is no communication about when the parts will be in and the amount of time it takes to receive the parts has been at the least a month, most times even longer. We found a different company to purchase from last time we needed parts. We had purchased from eReplacementParts about 3 weeks prior, the new company communicated when we could expect the parts and delivered on time and several weeks BEFORE the same parts that were ordered from eReplacementParts. We actually ordered a second time and received a second batch of the exact same parts before the original purchase from eReplacementParts. We will never purchase from here again. The price is not any different and they do not move at a fast enough speed for our business.

Initially order was sent out on November 17. It's Christmas even now and nothing yet and the tracking number given to me provided little to know info other than the words pending, it's been almost 2 months? What is going on?

Received 23-66-1040 and was not aware a diode/resistor? Jumper was not available.
The original one on my switch is faulty so I have a new switch but no diode. Great customer service and very helpful website. Any suggestions on the diode jumper I need?

The part I ordered arrived broken. Customer service was attentive and sent a replacement. It too arrived broken. It was a very fragile part but poorly packed in a padded envelope. I gave up, fearful of a failed 3rd attempt.

My table saw switch started not turning on and then would just cut out while in use, progressively got worse. The magnetic switch was not working properly so I decided to replace the whole starter. Job took less than 15 minutes start to finish. Starter comes pre-wired on the power side, just needed to connect wires from the motor using existing wire.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
