I called eRP in hopes of getting the ground-down friction rubber replaced in my Troy-Bilt ******* POLAR BLAST 13hp 45"W snowblower. Patricia, the rep I spoke with, couldn't have been friendlier or keener on being helpful. She and I both thought all I really needed was a rubber ring for my friction disk. Unfortunately, the ring eRP sent was much too small, and, to boot, would have been unusable even if right-sized. It finally turned out that for MY snowblower-- for which I had given Patricia both model and serial number --- I needed just a friction disk WITH BONDED-ON rubber ring! I had NO problem getting a Return Authorization from eRP, then a full refund for the ~$17 eRP had charged. For the benefit of any POLAR BLAST owners...let me suggest turning to a supplier called VIEFOW to get, for $15.88 a friction disk WITH bonded-on rubber ring.
I was searching for a part for our ancient riding lawnmower which is well loved and cared for by my husband. This company had the original part we needed and it was the last one in inventory. The order arrived quickly as promised and we were very pleased.
Brushes worked well but I had to pay an additional $3.46 in postage and a trip to the post office to get them

I got a replacement ceramic crock pot insert, using modern number. It looked the same, but lid didn't fit. Had to throw away and purchase new crockpot. Wasted good money.

We have an older Murray riding lawnmower and parts are hard to find at hardware stores. We've ordered parts from ereplacement parts several times and have never been disappointed. They ship quick and arrive quickly. We'll order parts from them as long as this old mower keeps going.

EReplacementParts is my goto site for parts diagrams and available parts for obsolete appliances for around the home. I recently had an issue with an over 10 year old pressure washer, and hate just throwing away items to the garbage dump, so decided to try to repair it. EReplacementParts had two versions of the part that I needed one was $55 and the other was $10... I took the gamble and bought the $10 version...and it was exactly what I needed. Shipping is always pretty fast and they send email with tracking numbers.

Ordered a rubber foot part for my crockpot and within 24 hours was sent a notification via email that the part had been shipped. About a week later, I received a notification that I received a refund for the part that I sent back but I never even received the shipment. I emailed their customer service department and instead of receiving a response about why I didn't receive the part I ordered even though I was told it was shipped, I received a request for me to fill out a survey about my experience with them. Still have no idea why I didn't receive the part.
I spoke over the phone with an employee named Pam (I think). She was so very helpful, so informative, so polite, and so patient. First, she noticed the spelling of the name of my town was somehow abbreviated, and she corrected it from her device. Second, she asked me if I noticed the item I ordered was on backorder and thoroughly explained all the possible ramifications of an ordered item being on backorder including how to cancel the order if desired. She also thoroughly explained how much money would be refunded before the item shipped versus after it being shipped and the possible length of time it could take for the item to be shipped. Third, she looked up the item to make sure I ordered the correct part. She could not have been more helpful. I was absolutely thrilled with her customer service. It's quite possibly the best customer service I've ever received. I received the correct part in less than two weeks, and it works perfectly. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
