I have sent emails and tried to call but nobody is there to answer the phone. I received my part and it was broken. This is poor customer service. You should be able to talk to someone when there's a problem with your products. I won't be ordering anything else from your company. I know that this virus has companies doing things differently but customer service sho UK ld be at the forefront and at this company it's not.

Very satisfied with parts; arrived relatively soon after order (4 days or so), good quality, order was correct and reasonably priced. Wish there was something we could do about those dreaded "shipping costs".

Everything is easy to get to it ships fast I use this site for all my power tools and have gotten my boss to as well everything is reasonably priced
Do wish they would sell the tools to take the brand power tool apart tho

When I ordered the deck it was right before the Pandemic. I kept in touch with eReplacements because there was a delay. They kept me informed on my product. When It was shipped I was notified. Other than the wait. I will order other products. Thanks eReplacements Glenn

There were no problems ordering, it took two weeks to get the part. Wish it would have arrived a little sooner. It was the right part. We found out it was the gear that sits on top of the starter and then the battery went dead. My husband learned alot about how to change it out thru YouTube.

Easily found the parts needed and received them in SC in four days. I have ordered from eReplacementParts.com before and have always been satisfied with their service.

Had ease of navigating the website, the product was a little late but not a big deal. It arrived a day later but great site.

Used their website to troubleshoot a compressor and power washer. I was able to isolate the most likely malfunction and replacement parts needed. Both units are performing like new.

Wrong part was sent. Unable to get a hold of customer service by phone or email. Definitely unsatisfied. Absolutely no resolution.

A part I received is obviously defective from the factory and when I checked out the return process I see that a return shipping fee will be deducted from my refund. So when I reorder, I will be charged shipping again. In the end I will pay shipping three times on one part. Seems unfair.

I ordered these parts from another vendor only to be notified that they were not in stock as quoted when I placed the order. They would not be available until mid-August. I then called eReplacements, found them to be in stock, ordered same, and received them 4 days later. I won't bother the previous vendor again. Good service, price and quality. Thank you!

Sent parts designated for another customer. Notified eReplacement via e-mail twice no response, they take no calls, and since I had someone else order could not do a return as their web site noted I had no record of my order.

Waited 3 months to receive the wrong part. Yay us.
Tried contacting company, but this turned to be as futile an effort as receiving a desired product in a reasonable period of time.
Wasted time & money.

The wrong parts were sent and we called and sent an email. Of course the virus is keeping everyone from doing their job. We tried to send oackage back next day for our refund as we said we would in our email, but as it would cost us more to send back than the parts cost themselves, we just chucked it up as a lesson learned. There is no one you can talk to and of course they blame the virus for that too.

Got handles for the bbq. Quick delivery with the instructions included. Happy camper as the new handles look great

The description claimed they had an upgraded regulator for a bad Charbroil. I was sent the exact same regulator I already had so got a return authorization. Over 10 days later I'm still waiting on the refund.
