I have a classic Porter-Cable random orbit sander that I have had for years. The sanding discs stopped sticking to the base a couple of years ago. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away. I purchased a used NordicTrack GX 2.7 exercise bike a couple months ago that worked fine until the internal pulley broke. I thought it was beyond repair, but my wife went online and found a replacement pulley from eReplacementParts.com. She talked me into ordering it and trying to repair the bike instead of trashing the whole thing. So I ordered the part with standard shipping and to my surprise, received it as fast as if I had selected expedited shipping! When comparing the replacement part with the original that had broke, it was evident that the replacement part was of a higher quality (more durable material) than the original (see photo which shows the part I received from eReplacementParts.com on the left and the original part on the right). A couple YouTube videos later, and I had my exercise bike working again, good as new -- all for a fraction of the cost of having a professional do the repair. I was extremely pleased with my eReplacementParts experience and definitely recommend them.

I needed a part for my TroyBilt riding mower, but did not know its name and it did not have a part number on it. Fortunately, eReplacementParts.com had a listing of all the parts on my mower and a picture of each part. This enabled me to find the Switch interlock part. I had to scroll through a lot of parts but was successful in finding the one I needed. Great site! Next time I need a part, I'll be sure to visit this site.

Never received item. Paid for UPS and been sent via different posting service (less reliable). Not sure how long more need to wait as provided tracking number not working. I had positive experience with the first shipment and sad to see the second one is such a mess. Not sure about refunding :(.

Ordered a new bag for a leaf vacuum. It came quickly, with good quality, and fit as described. Only problem was, I then realized I needed other parts which were no longer available, in order to make the vacuum work (it's 30 years old). It was then very easy and fast to return the bag, since I could not use it. Person I spoke with (Dave?) was very amiable and helpful when I inquired about returning it.

Ordered a replacement switch for Jet lathe. Very expensive, but we needed it, so I went ahead and ordered. Got it in two days. When it arrived, I could see from the packaging that it was a standard switch, not proprietary to Jet, and available from multiple sources for about one-third the price. The return process on the eReplacement website was easy to use and the money was credited back to my account within a couple of days.
