The website was easy to use and was able to verify tht the part I ordered was the right one, for the model I put in. Everything arrived on time as promised. The instructional video resolved any doubts about my apility to complete the project.

I was given the contact information for this site by an employee at one of the major big box hardware retailers. It was a real find! Unfortunately, I am 77. I wish I would have had a source like this when I was in my DIY wheelhouse. I will certainly continue to use eReplacementParts services as long as I am able. My only complaint is that I can't set up on account on their website.
The macerator/blades/bearing had to be backordered. I had my doubts as to whether or not it would ever show up, but it did! Thanks for keeping on top of the order!

I was looking for some parts for my lawn mower and I had purchased from this company one time before. I have a mower with a Briggs & Stratton engine. This company made it fairly easy to search many brands. It broke it down from make, model and engine. Once I found my mower I could search for specific parts. Some parts for a rather older mower are discontinued but some are available. Once I made my purchase I was provided with tracking information. I would recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.
Order of discontinued and fragile plastic part, was shipped in just a postal bag, with no protection. Of course, showed up with damage. Attempting to get an exchange, I've reached out via the website support form with no response, email message with no response, and phone calls that get routed to call centers and endless phone trees.
Part was labeled with correct part number but was the wrong part but I decided to keep it and get the correct part from another source locally.
Purchased a set of brushes, speed controller, and armature field for a Bosch 4000 table saw that is 20 years old. The parts came quickly and was able to replace these parts without issue to get this saw working.
Put in my make and model found the gasket I needed, ordered and arrived in 3 days. Part was perfect my brad nailer works again and price was great
The part that I ordered was not a complete assembly - it was missing the O-ring and seal which are necessary for this part to work properly. I emailed asking for the missing components and have not received a reply nor the missing components
If you need it, they have it! Even if it's as tiny as a flea! Ordering was as easy as one phone call!
I ordered a crockpot lid, and when I got it it was not the right size. Come to find out that my model of crockpot they don't carry replacement lids for. I was told by the agent that they would send me a return label. I never got it. I took it to FedEx and what I did receive, they said it wasn't a label. I called customer service and the woman that answered the phone told me that oh I'd have to take it to the post office and pay for shipping myself which was weird. So I took it to the post office sent it back. I found the company later and the woman advised when I called- oh we sent you out a label you probably didn't get it. I asked if they were going to cover the shipping that I sent through the post office. And I was told no. I wouldn't have gone to the f-ing post office if it weren't for the other agent that I spoke with that day. I just hung up because I was so f-ing mad. Never again.
I accidentally knocked my Milwaukee router and broke the housing. I went to the replacement parts website and they had everything I needed. I received my parts quickly. They are my go-to people. Thanks
Not at All Impressed, I was sent the wrong Part- The Check Valve Was used and the wrong part in the bag with 3 stickers for the part Number. When I called they said "O we return parts that are installed" It was all messed up like someone used the wrong tool to install it too. Then was told they wouldnt send the correct part until they recieved the part back... Then they tried to charge shipping again! Really.!. That is poor customer service, It wasnt my fault they sent the wrong, USED part to me, Then of course I had to wait for them to receive the correct part and ship my new part. I will never order from them Again!
I was searching for a carb part that had broken while installing a new carburetor. Had been told by a shop I probably couldn't find just that part. I found eReplacementParts through an online search. I ordered a flange nut for a Milwaukee side grinder and I get a email with tracking number and it says no access to be able to deliver. Which is impossible because I have no fence or nothing that could prevent access to be delivered I've emailed e replacement parts multi times with no response even went to there website and sent it from there still No no response and I get email asking me to fill out a review so here I am. USPS might be to blame but no response from e replacement parts.com at all!

Needed a new gas tank for a 2017 Craftsman weedwacker. Model number helped locate the part on their website. Great price and fast shipping.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
