After 12 days of no shipping updates I contacted eReplacements and found out that my order never shipped. I cancelled my order and received a full refund. So I guess there's that.

When I call back in sept. With the model of my Mr. Coffee maker I was give a part number for the carafe that would match my coffee maker and told it was out of stock. The person told me to save the number and call back in a few weeks and they should be in. I called back a couple of times and was told they were still out of stock. Finally when I called in January they said they had 4 carafe in stock so I order 2 when they came they were the wrong ones. So it cost me $17.00 in shipping and returning them. I am not happy at all about that.

I purchased a carburetor for my chainsaw. My saw is 20 years old, therefore all the fuel lines has completely deteriated and broken up; so, I didn't know which lines went where. Specifically, I put it together and tried starting it, but it wouldn't keep running. As it turned out I have the fuel lines going to the carburetor interchanged and once I switched them around it works fine again. It would be so easy for you to include some basic instructions for the consumer regarding which lines went where.with a simple diagram. Other than that I'm quite happy with the fact that the parts I get from ereplacement parts for the most part are just like the ones I took off (but not always - the carb I purchased has a choke lever that doesn't have 2 stops, like the old one and putting the old lever on the new carb doesn't work either.

My Wen belt sander motor bearings became noisy and I contacted Wen for replacement parts. A generated acknowledgement was received, but no follow up. E Replacement Parts

I have an odd, old chainsaw (Cub Cadet) and was able to find a replacement pull starter assembly! I was sure it was going to be discontinued, as most of the parts for it are. It was actually just on back order, but I was able to order it, and it shipped within 30 days! My only complaint is that it was the wrong color, and it didn't come with any of the screws. I assumed a "complete assembly" would include the hardware. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and my chainsaw starts better now that I'm the 8 year I've owned it.

The top to the coffee container that catches the ground coffee that fits into my Krup coffee grinder broke rendering the grinder useless so I Googled where I could get another part. The catcher container itself also had a break at the top. I found ereplacementparts.com and saw they had both parts at very low prices so I ordered those parts. I got the parts very quickly and they did turn out to be the correct parts and they fit my grinder so now my grinder is working again. I'll definitely use this site again.
