Ordered parts for my Black Max and Revo XS reels. Shipping was fast and and correct. Parts fit correctly and back to fishing with my reels again.

Took over 3 weeks to get parts, ordered carburetor repair kit, & spark plug. Spark plug was defective, had to reuse the old one. If I knew it would of taken 3 weeks prior to ordering, I never would of ordered. It wasn't until after placing the order I was then advised part will ship in 2 weeks.

Purchased cable for my mower and it snapped right in perfectly. I was up and mowing in about 2 minutes. Thank you

Finding the part I needed was very easy; shipment was quick; and it actually worked when I got it. Much better than having to buy a new bissell. I prefer not to throw things out.

After waiting several weeks I was excited to finally receive the lawnmower transmission part that I paid over $50 for. To my surprise they sent me one tiny 1/2 inch screw. That's it. I have tried to contact them but to know avail.

Right product, reasonable price, Delivery as promised. Website was easy to navigate, receipt provided upon order. Part was a direct replacement part, no issue in reassembly. Unit is now good as new.

THE TIMING BELT I RECIVED FIT PERFECT AND WAS EAZY TO INSTALL. I READ THE REVIEWS ON OTHERS AND SEEN WERE I WAS ON THE RIGHT TRACK. I AM GLAD I LOOKED YOU GUYS UP NOW I GOT YOU ON MY LIST FOR EQUIPMENT.

Very very poor customer relations. Gave make model # and replacement part sent was not the part needed. Part being only $8.00 so they will give no refund.

No need to go from hardware to hardware store simply log on and find part in search bar then order as needed. Reasonable pricing and good delivery time.

I ordered a part for a mower and paid a lot of money to have it shipped overnight. I received it 4 days later. I have tried to call the company about getting the invoice corrected but they are not taking any calls. This is not acceptable customer service.

The item was exactly as described and fit perfectly. The only downside was the delay on getting it. It took a number of weeks.
