Part does not fit Braun MR4050 CA mixer. Customer service has not responded.
Delivery took over a month AFTER my credit card was charged.
I ordered 2 replacement parts from here around April 24th. They didnt get to me until the first part of June. There shouldn't have been that long a wait time for 2 of the same parts that you had in stalk. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from here again.
Parts are well described on the web site so I knew I was ordering the right part. The parts arrived on schedule per the correspondence I received (one was backordered). They worked and the Lawn Ranger rides again!
My parts were ordered and over a month because of covid. Finally sent out FedEx and the package is missing. FedEx wont do anything and i have tried to contact you guys and no luck! Please contact me

The parts delivered were the right parts. Blades belts and wheel. Parts were easy to install but it took a month to get my parts.
It took forever to get my parts for my gas grill. But I finally got it. My gas grill is up and running now
Plates work better than originals they don't bind and jump and get more even planting. They were a great deal
The new cylinder and piston for my frozen Poulan Pro 18" chainsaw were just what I needed and very affordable. High quality parts that fit exactly as they should and made the saw run like new. Fairly straightforward replacement that took a few hours but well worth the time. Instructional videos on YouTube were very helpful. Only feedback I have is that the threaded holes in the cylinder casting needed a tap to clean up the threads from the casting/drilling process to make them not as tight for the various attachment screws, but that too was easy if you have a set of taps. Great parts at a great price. Thanks!

Local repair shop quoted $400 parts, labor and service call to get my 80gal/ 175psi compressor up and running. Delivered price on the switch was $70.00 from eReplacement. Was a bit of a learning curve but with cell phone photos of wiring on the old switch, I got the new one in place and wired up with no problems. Exact duplicate of the OEM part. Compressor running perfectly. These are good folks.
I finally was able to order a replacement part. Several times before I tried to get a replacement part they were discontinued or not listed.
Parts are OEM and look and fit as expected. I have a 20 year old Lawnboy and it still runs like new, so I replace parts as they wear out.
I received a cracked part. I took photos and sent an email to customer support over a week ago and have not received a response. If not rectified quickly I will not order again from this company.
I purchased a part of brushes for my DeWalt Orbital Sander. Replacement was simple (less than five minutes). The sander is running as good as new! Shipment was quick and accurate. Thank you!
My replacement part for my air compressor fixed the air leak and the air filter has it working even better! Now I can keep the mowing crews equipment clear of accumulated grass bits :))

My "dust-blocker" grass catcher bag was so full of holes, I couldn't take it anymore. I came across eReplacementParts and it seemed they had the right bag for my mower. I didn't realize there were so many varieties. Even including their S&H charge (around $14), the part was still cheaper than any other website I could find (including Craftsman's website). Plus it arrived in 3 days. Most importantly, it fit! So glad I took the risk not being sure I was getting the exact bag for my mower.
