Nobody seemed to be able to provide the parts I needed to get my trimmer working again. Now, I had only paid $25 for this battery operated trimmer at an auction. Two years later a couple of internal parts broke. EReplacement Parts was able to get my parts to me at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this company.

It is a shame when one of the best product is discontinued. I transformed my new BBKiu in to a similar old one. Although with a little work the new tray fit tight in the new Char Broil, and I will buy a new one just in case.

Tried to order parts for belt sander after the 3 attempts of trying to place order and repeatedly putting in info this website and it's processing format needs a complete overhaul don't waste your time went to tool direct and first attempt processed no issues. Yup cost a little more but you get what you pay for no issues no frustration.

Finding parts for older equipment is always a problem in a shop. My tools are old enough that the parts have been out of stock for some time. Circuit boards are not forever fortunately l found the one I needed at ereplacementparts.com allowing me to to save hundreds of dollars by repairing my thickness sander instead of replacing it. I did receive the new breaker switch for my saw and it did fit, but the problem with my saw was more than just the switch, so it was a waste of money.
Yes I will continue to shop here in the future if needed.

It took a month to receive my parts and the website and contact number were useless to determine the status of my order. The worst online company I've dealt with.

After waiting about a month to get my part (part#*******) it was the wrong part. The parts bag had two part number labels on it and of course i got the the wrong one. I can't wait. Another month for a replacement.
