When placing the order it seemed like the order would be shipped and received relatively quickly! I need the part for my generator which I use for my business! I to find one locally and go and pick it up! I thought with a $14 shipping fee it would have come much quicker!
I installed the coil and set the gap and it started on the second pull ordering was easy and the installation was simple i had the number off the old coil and typed in the number and it came right up with the picture of it and I ordered it and even with the covid delays it still came pretty quick

I had a four year old grill with a burned out gas channel that connected the two burner tubes. It caused gas lost and flames bring in the wrong area. For under $10 (part, shipping and taxes) I was able to save buying a new grill.

I ordered a compressor regulator part and was sent a 10" wheel, ordered a second regulator part and AGAIN was sent a 10" wheel, I tried to call for service but was told COVID 19 caused problems, and was hung up on, not even a chance to leave a message! I'm trying to get some kind of response for return of the wheels { which I don't need} and a refund for the parts I ordered and did not receive and no longer need. Thanks for some kind of HELP
The part was the wrong size for the mower I put in.it didnt have the right pieces to it either. I will just eat the cost on it.
When the order was placed I noticed the shipping address was wrong it had gotten changed to the same as the billing address. I no longer live at that address. I immediately emailed the error and never got a response so I emailed two more times still no response. The following Monday I tried calling you and all I got was a recording saying you weren't taking any phone calls due to covid. I did get notification that the part was delivered but it didn't come to me. I never have got any response from replacement parts so I wrote it off as a SCAM. Now if someone would contact me it would be great.
This item took an unbelievably long to finally ship. It was 1 small item you supposedly had in stock, there is no way it should have taken that long to ship.
Although I had to wait a couple of extra days for the part, I knew exactly where my part was. I would recommend this web site to all. They have the part@
I was very disappointed in the arrival of the order. Also disappointed in the fact I was told one part wouldn't be in until November, then it arrived with the rest of the order. I had already ordered and received that part from another site. I had to pay to return the part that wasn't supposed to be delivered. The delivery time was extremely slow even though all parts were listed as in stock and would be delivered in three days.

It took longer than I thought to receive the parts maybe because it was sent by Post Office. The pkg arrived damaged. Also, the post office was going to send it back because you did not put my address on the pkg as I had it on my order!
Got my order in a timely manner. 1 item was missing, After numerous emails over 2 weeks, no reply. Unable to get a live person on the phone, referred me to email. No reply. Finally had to dispute credit card charge to get someones attention. The great prices and fast shipping was completely defeated by horrible customer service. Sad!
Ordering was so easy! Received my order sooner than expected. But I ordered two and only received one. No explanation in the package and the receipt didn't show amount or price, so I don't know if I did something wrong with the order, or two weren't available. I'm waiting on my credit card bill to see if I was charged for just one or two.

Easy to replace. Works great. A bit pricey but worth it. Could have just wired the connection directly bypassing the reset switch but then run the risk burning up the motor. Cheaper to replace the switch than the motor.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
