The audio quality was terrible and not any audio during most of the vehicle sales. There was a message that popped up saying they were having audio issues, but it didn't come back for quite some time. Tried leaving and coming back 2 or 3 times. I didn't really bid on vehicles because not being able to hear the auctioneer. Also, several items were already under auction before the image and item showed correctly on screen. I also don't know why the bidder button would not be available when multiple items were sold and the auctioneer asked the in person crowd ifanyone else would like that item at xxx price to buy it now. This bidding platform always seems to have a bunch of bugs/issues.
Feels like the website kept crashing and I had to keep refreshing on my iPhone. Very unpleasant and missed a couple lots I wished to win
You verified me prior to the auction. I bought 2 items and you disabled my bidding for NO reason. Do you realize you are in the auction business. There is no going back no do overs what YOU made me miss out on can never be corrected. The voice mail and phone call both said this is normal. It is NOT normal and believe me I will tell everyone who will listen how bad you suck.

Account will be frozen after approximately bidding on five items. Bidders are notified and contacted to confirm the account isn't a bot or malicious account, once confirmed, the account is reinstated. Account are typically reinstate within 30 to 60 minutes, though exceptions can occur. We appreciate your understanding!
Easy to use and convenient. The only thing I don't like is when you are scrolling down through the catalog and the current auction ends everything jumps back up to the next item up for bid.

Went pretty good. I use my iPhone while i was harvesting. I had good cell service but the navigation to get more info on the item coming up for auction the actual action is slow and little frustrating. Iphone kept going dark, I was a little frustrated with that also but sure its just as phone setting. Tried to messgae someone from the auction throught the sale and it said no one was available. Thats frustrating too

Difficult to navigate. Difficult to return to the auction when viewing a lot and I could see my bidding history but clarifying lots "won was uncertain. This was frustrating throughout. Also I'm not sure it it was on you or them but it was very low volume, could barely here anything.
I have been trying to get an invoice and get it paid for 24 hours, so our hauler can pick up the tractor. Wired money at 8 am, still nothing. This will probably be my last dealings with Equipment Facts and Brinkley Auctions, and I have spent $50,000 there in the past few years. I

Won the bid, wasn't aware of any reserve. The auction was later denied. I was later informed about "if lots". I will now be more aware in bidding and appreciate equipment facts for reaching out and letting me know.

Everything was good until I bid on some gates and there was ten of them I won the bid for $80 and then something poped up asking how many i wanted for $80 a piece… that was not clear at the beginning or I definitely wouldn't have bid on one gate when they said there was ten in the bundle. Now I have to dive two hours to get one $80 gate… not worth it. But over all I had a good experience besides that deal..

Equipment Facts makes the registration and bidding process super easy. Being able to do multiple auctions in one place is very helpful and you don't have to learn to navigate several different websites.

12.5 % Buyers premium i think was a little steep in this particular auction I think, but tother than that pretty good experience. I enjoy the live feed from the auction yard to view on the computer. Very well organized.

I would say 50% of the problems were auctioneer related. It was a cluster f*ck just like the previous year. I could dog on them forever. Crooked outfit for sure. However, why is there no "bought" tab on equipment facts? I have to go to auction time just to see that? Your website is poorly laid out. Online bidding is too slow behind floor bidding. The auctioneer was always yelling at online bidders to hurry up. The live price is way ahead of the website. Once I've bid, I can't bid again until the button lights up. By then, the item has sold. I missed out on a lot of items because of that. So then I set minimum bids. I did win one of those, but the auctioneer took that bid as the only bid and used my max as the price. The item should have started at $5 like the others and not went to my max of $50 immediately. I've used equipment facts a few times and always ended up mad, frustrated, and disappointed. Unfortunately I will not be using equipment facts again. It feels like you're running on Windows 98 while jamming to an 8 track and have never upgraded. So many other apps are soooo far ahead of you. Actually, I'll only bid at Ritchie Auctions from here on out. Such a better experience.

I like the pre-bid option. However, it appears folks onsite can ask for whatever increase they want. But my default button was either in thousands or 100s. That limited me in bidding for the price I wanted to bid 2) my invoice is wrong twice, model #wrong and missing info on invoice. I wrote back and no response from office staff. Still an issue

Had a few problems but mostly went ok. The volume of the auction was so low I could barely hear the auctiner, and a couple of times the screen went blank and I missed bidding on an item I wanted to bid on.

I thought everything went well from the clarity of the speaker to the timing of the lots being auctioned. My only complaint is multiple lot auctions. Ex: two outside horse lamps we at the auction, and under two different lot numbers. So when the auction ended for the first one, it included both and I would have bid have I known they were being actioned at the same time. Overall, the experience was good and I will continue using the app.

I won, one of four items I bid on. One item I lost due to higher bid. Two items I lost because your proxy bidder did not announce my bid. I had the highest bid on two items, finally someone on site matched my bid and got the item. I called the auction, they called your agency, apparently mistakes were made, twice! So, I am driving 7.5 hours to get the item I won, but will not be able to get the two accessories due to errors beyond my control.
