Epoch.com is charging me every month with a so-called automatically payment without any authorisation. They are just scammers.
Couldn't cancel a subscription via one of their clients website, it was processed a day in advance and they cannot refund this. The support agent couldn't send me a transcript of the live chat.
This guy are number one scammed and this website should be taken down,I bought 3000 watch hours from them and they have never deliver and when u write them they don't even answer me, I though others reviews was not true but I have experience it and please this website should be taken down and this guy arrested for celebrate collecting people's money and eating. Scam! Scam! Scam! Be warned.
They make it intentionally very difficult to cancel subscriptions. Are you surprised? No. None of their online tools work.
Beware of billing, kept getting message " unable to locate any orders with info you provided" bull$#*!!
Two pairs of shoes arrived earlier today, 1 size marked as size 10 but is far too small for that. The second pair are marked 43 when I wanted 44 (size 10 in UK)
I need to return both pairs but Evri need the suppliers name, I cannot locate that information even on my order receipt. Looks to be a clever rip off.
The customer service is useless. They are rude, not helpful and purely annoying. Their subscriptions often does not work. Avoid.
I'm trying to buy tokens on Chaturbate.com. The cheapest option is Epoch. I've done this many times, it always worked. Suddenly it stopped. As a payment method, I choose Przelewy24 (a popular method in Poland where I live and supported by Epoch). It does not require a card as it works on an instant bank transfer basis. After providing the name, postal code and country, I was transferred to the appropriate Przelwy24 website where I made the actual payment. Now after entering the same data, an error message is displayed (as in the attached picture). No one from support knows why this is happening. They asked me to give my card number. But I don't use the card! Then they found that their system was saying that the card was rejected by the bank. But I don't use the card! At the end they told me to talk live in the chat. The first question was about the card number. But I don't use the card!
Support people are unfamiliar with the services that Epoch offers. Nobody knows what caused the error.
Found out today that I was billed for a site I know I cancelled the automatic subscription to the day after I initially purchased it. Contacted Epoch customer support to try and get things sorted out. Started out polite asking what the issue was and such. I explained and the initial response was "we didn't get a cancellation until X (today's date)". I clarified that it was due to an error and I know for a fact I had said to cancel, especially since it's been over a month since the charge I purposely accepted. In the past I always got "let's see what we can do to prevent issues" type thing which was fine. Now I get passive aggressive comments like "sorry you feel that way". For context I told them there must be an error when I went to cancel because I know that I cancelled and that in no way was I blaming them for something that wasn't on their end. Then the rep going on about the terms and conditions allowing the charge to go through because it wasn't cancelled. Again keep in mind I had already stated that it wasn't supposed to as it was a glitch via paypal. So I asked what can be done. "I can confirm there will be no further charges" was the almost immediate response. Like that doesn't help at all. Billing me for something that was supposed to be cancelled and saying I won't get charged again doesn't help when you've already taken money for something that wasn't supposed to come out! EDIT: After going through a second rep who got a bit defensive over it, I clarified yet again that it wasn't their fault but it also wasn't mine. The newest charge was refunded.
They randomly charge your card for websites u never even opted for. They are just a bunch of scammers who would steal your money. Their customer support is completely unhelpful and blame you instead.
Got billed 40€ for a 5€ purchase.
My email was ignored, although I got a reply to use the chat.
Chat support is super rude and unhelpful.
If you really need a service where you have to pay using epoch, just DON'T!
This site is unbelievable. Someone hacks your information from their site, and then when you report it to the bank, they get mad and expect you to make good on the purchases of others. I do not recommend using this site. Your information is NOT SAFE with them, and they still expect you to pay. I called my bank and they yanked the money bank. Why not? I did not order it. Why should I have to be held accountable if this billing company cannot keep your credit card stuff safe?
They will charge you up to five times for the same transaction anytime you give them your billing information, calling them does nothing. Your best bet is to not use them at all or only use them in conjunction with PayPal, I am always able to dispute their fraud charges through PayPal, they might be able to argue their theft with you but I guarantee you they will not be attempting to argue with paypals legal team!
I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Was charged 4 times by their system and lodged a live chat request with generic customer service representative "Billing6177". Advised what had occurred. They simply responded they couldn't see an issue at their end, refused to log a support request and said it was my problem to handle with my bank even though their end charged multiple times. They then abruptly ended the chat. I literally never write bad reviews, but holy hell worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Contact details stolen and credit card fraudulently used after epoch transaction. Notified them of breach (didn't ask for refund, just thought the breach came from that transaction) and after directing me away from email were totally rude, arrogant and unhelpful. After I suggested checking their protocols for a breach, the response in less than 5 seconds was that there was no breach from their side. Simply didn't care if my user info was leaked from their site. Will avoid using in the future
Thieves…If you go on compromisable websites, such as streaming platforms, scammers steal your info and sell it to Epoch. Epoch then charges your account small amounts hoping you don't notice, and if you do they claim you have a membership with them and can not refund the purchases…Straight up $#*!es. If any of you mfers are in Cali, it's hands on sight…Come down to east vallejo and i'll show you what i'm bout. $#*! $#*!s
Signed up for a trial on a site with epoch.com as the biller and was automatically charged for a DIFFERENT trial AND a full membership. I contacted the epoch support to get this reversed and the representative was extremely rude and refused to help - lying and saying that I signed up for those charges and that the billing was final. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs
I contacted them and asked what service I was paying for because I know I canceled any subscription service that uses epoch. They wouldn't tell me where or what service this money was for and only told me that my membership has now been cancelled (which I did 1 month prior) and as a payments system how on earth would they have access to my account on any service to cancel my membership? They also said I will retain access to the service but I haven't. So Thanks for taking my money.
, it is easy to execute payments and to cancel them with a single click, it seems to me that most people on this page do not read at the time of executing a payment, every time I pay for an online service I see that included services or subscriptions to pages that I do not request but it is normal, just uncheck the box where it offers you the other services for a price
Answer: Contact our customer support and they can tell you if your card is being denied by us or at the bank level. If we are denying your card we should be able to help. https://epoch.com/billing_support/contact
