Every time things have gone well and I received what I ordered.
I received multiple emails and phone calls saying that there was a problem with my order and to call the number, but those emails and phone calls were after hours, so no one answered the call. I find is quite disruptive and unprofessional to send such serious sounding messages (for the problem to be just different billing and shipping addresses) multiple times when you cannot address it until the next day. I believe I received a total of 3 emails and 3 phone calls before your customer service line was even open the next day.
I had to order Pink softball pants for my daughter to wear in an upcoming tournament. She had never worn this brand before, so I compared the sizing chart of the pants that fit her well to the sizing chart on epic sports website. Of course her waist size fell in between two sizes, so I had to order both sizes. Unfortunately, both sizes are too big, and we do not have time to order another size. So she will wear big pants, and we will lose money on the return in shipping and restocking fees. Very disappointing.
Shipping time does not make sense...3 days is actually 8 business days?

You were out of a youth size football jersey I wanted. I called and the rep told me I would have to wait 3 months til football season. I was ordering 50+ jerseys for flag football. He was no help at all. Luckly I figured out an equal in the adult size. He could have helped a little on making the switch and keeping the sale. Good prices and product, bad customer service.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
