For what it is worth, the Navy Logo in the rug is not correct. The actual logo does not have a "foot" on the bottom right corner. (the N in 'man cave' is correct but not the 'N' in the N star logo, go figure...) Didn't notice until it arrived... Not a huge deal but if you take the time to make a Logo rug, might as well get it right.
Epic's supplier shipped the wrong product yet I had to rebox it at my expense, take it to a UPS shipper (10 mile trip) and then wait until a confirmation of my shipment was made before Epic had the correct product reordered. None of this was my fault yet I had to absorb all the responsibility and cost. And the compensation for all my work - $0. Poor service

The softball pants arrived quickly and are as expected. My daughter has worn Intensity brand in the past and wanted a new color and back pockets. This style met those requirements. The Medium size fits perfectly (5' 5" 150lbs, athletic build). I expect these pants to last through many practices.

Overall, a very disappointing experience with Epic. Customer Service did not contact me back, despite two attempts on my part. Shipping prices are high and take a long time to arrive. Measurements on a women's shirt was quite a bit off, and Epic hasn't been willing to work with me to remedy the situation. I am now out another $40 because I had to just buy another shirt in a bigger size. I would have gone with another retailer if I didn't have to match my team.
I think that they should lower the shipping rate, if they do, I would get another item. Man it is high.
