I have shopped Epic Sports numerous times. Shipping has always been fast. I once ordered a pair of softball pants on a Tuesday afternoon that I needed for Saturday. I did not want to pay extra shipping for faster delivery but I knew that in the past I had gotten my orders in fairly quickly. I received the pants Thursday afternoon! When placing larger orders with multiple items Epic Sports extends the shipping time but even then it never takes till the "Estimated Shipping Date" to get my items in. The Closeout prices are amazing. Under ONE circumstance I had a mix up with a large order, I emailed my concern and customer service responded very promptly with a solution. I am very impressed with this company and am shocked to see poor reviews. I highly recommend shopping Epic Sports!

It would have been more helpful if the product description stated the size of the ball. Instead it merely states "one size." I feel as though I'm taking a risk by buying a product that may be smaller than a normal volleyball.
Once I received the balls, I could see right away that they were smaller than a normal volleyball size and not what I was looking for. Because your website did not provide details about the size I now have the hassle and expense of having to mail the products back to your company. If you wind up charging me a restocking fee on top of the mailing expense that I will incur then I will never do business with Epic Sports again.

I had questions about size and fitting of the flippers for a toddler. I called and customer service was excellent and answered my concerns. My grandson will not take them off in the pool. He loves them and treads water and swims better with them.
Like the online ordering capability
For what it is worth, the Navy Logo in the rug is not correct. The actual logo does not have a "foot" on the bottom right corner. (the N in 'man cave' is correct but not the 'N' in the N star logo, go figure...) Didn't notice until it arrived... Not a huge deal but if you take the time to make a Logo rug, might as well get it right.
Epic's supplier shipped the wrong product yet I had to rebox it at my expense, take it to a UPS shipper (10 mile trip) and then wait until a confirmation of my shipment was made before Epic had the correct product reordered. None of this was my fault yet I had to absorb all the responsibility and cost. And the compensation for all my work - $0. Poor service
