Quality material
I ordered a navy visor from Epic Sports with embroidered words on it. It came as a BLACK visor. When I called the company, I was told to send pictures to verify. I sent pictures of it on a black table where it blended right in. I placed it next to the navy hat I also ordered. Shortly aftee, RAY sent a message saying my visor would be redone in NAVY and I could keep the black one. That was last week! Today he sent a message saying he was told the BLACK VISOR was indeed navy. No further effort was made to correct the problem. Thats about the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my 62 years of life.
I found the items were in good quality. We will see when the season starts how long they last with these kids. I will be ordering more.
