Pleased with the merchandise and the timely delivery of my order.
In the past I have had to call customer service for Epic Sports and have had very very long hold times. That is the only issue I have had with them. Everything else was very customer oriented, prompt and efficient.
The process for getting our team debit card and shipping addresses reconciled was cumbersome, but I understand the need for security measures. The customer service rep was courteous and helpful.

Good. But not what I had in mind. I wanted shorts with an 8" inseam and an 8" leg opening. 12" leg openings are like wearing a kilt.
Coach's shorts back in the day had narrower leg openings.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
