You would think that after spending over $2,500 with them in a months time, you might get better customer service. I called to get a return authorization and was told they would send it to me. I was under the impression it would be sent to me with my new purchase. In the mean time it was sent to me via email (amongst the over abundance of annoying emails they send) and I missed it. Thinking it would come with my new purchase. After repeated requests, I was told it was too late, had emails ignored, and then again told it was too late. If this is how they treat you when you spend this much, Id hate to see how poor their customer service is when you make smaller purchases. BUYER BE WARE! Needless to say, as a head high school coach, League Director, and fall travel coach, I will direct everyone to STAY AWAY!

Previous experience was great but this time 3 girls on my team had to be not in uniform and felt left out because there was no way to get my helmets in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I can trust to order from epic sports right now. When speaking to customer service no one offered a discount for the helmets either. The team had to eat approx 80 dollars for the extra cost. Which comes from the coaches pocket. I dont appreciate that at all.
