I'm a first time customer and immediately that was a problem for Epic's people. A lot of trouble could have been saved if that was declared up front. Then it was the shipping address, can't ship to a trans-shipper. Amazon, E-Bay ship to trans-shippers. Never mind that my google search of the shipping address contradicted their version; it is an apartment building. When I questioned this discrepancy they behaved as if they wanted me to cancel the order. I felt I had no option.
I would call back wanting to know what's up. That's when I got the hang up.
What business in its right mind hangs up on its customer? Beware!

The size was way off a the Medium Youth I ordered. The tag said Medium Youth but it was much, much larger then that size.
1st, it took well over a week to ship, 2nd, the shipping cost as much if not more than the product. I'm satisfied,but, discouraged about how long it took to ship.

I ordered jerseys and paid for expedited printing and shipping. I monitored the ETA in my account which never changed. The ETA date came and went so I gave them a call. I was a bit nervous as I needed those for a tournament coming up a few days later. They told me that the items hadn't yet shipped because they had to get new ones from supplier. After explaining that I had to have them and that they should have notified me of the issue so that I could cancel the order they said there was nothing they could do at this point but they would only change me $12 for shipping instead of the $40 I paid for 2 day. I'm contesting the charge on my cc but they expect me to pay for the items which are useless to me and now I have 2 teams with no jerseys tomorrow.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
