This company is complete fraud. They sell items without disclosing their return policy, charge you an arm and a leg for shipping which when combined with their restocking fees that they dont disclose result in customers loosing their entire monetary value of the purchase!

STAY AWAY! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They sent me the wrong hats and when I emailed them they told me the hat they sent was navy and not black. The hat is 100% black so I sent them pictures. I was told after review they have concluded that it is indeed navy blue. If I wanted to return the item, I would have to pay for that and also pay a restocking fee. I asked if they could send me a picture of the navy blue hat side by side with a black one and I was told they would have to go to the warehouse for that and they weren't going to do that. God for bid that try and make it right. What a joke of a company. Racheal is the worst person to deal with there. She has no clue and is no help. Find what you need somewhere else.
