The ETA date is not valid if EPIC does not hold to this commitment. Standard orders of 2+ weeks for processing shouldn't be that difficult. In this electronic age of online orders, this 2+ weeks is an extremely long time. To not hold to this long timeline is frustrating.

I was under the impression the color represented in the photo would be very similar if not exact to the shade of the actual product that I would receive. The neon pink on the website appeared to be a darker shade/more red color whereas the product received was more of a softer shade of bright pink.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
