Some of my baseball pants was not hem. And when ordered it state that they would come like that. It was only certain size.

I received an "urgent" phone message to "immediately"call Epic due to a possible problem with my card. I called immediately and spent an hour on hold listening to recordings telling me that "someone would be right with me". I finally gave up. I later learned that the office had been closed and they didn't bother to change the phone message. There was no problem with my card I just had a different ship to/bill to address because my order was a gift. They ended up calling my gift recipient to interrogate him and spoil my surprise. This could have been easily avoided with a simple check-box on the order form to denote a "gift" sent to a separate address like a thousand other e-commerce sites do, eh? Oh yeah, and change the phone message when the office is closed, ok?

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
