Epic Sports seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, when I received my order it was incorrect. I was supposed to receive a black champion mesh short, but they mistakenly sent me blue instead. I noticed that the size large I ordered was way too big, so I thought no big deal I'll just call them. When I contacted their office about exchanging the blue shorts and possibly changing the size to a medium they were not cooperative and borderline rude. They agreed to honor the exchange due to the fact that they sent the wrong color, but would not change the size? When I asked why they could not accommodate such a simple request, I got an attitude. Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase from Epic Sports. Do better.

Purchased 34 sweatshirts for my league banquet and only received 16 in 1 box and 1 UPS tracking number. The box was labeled box 2 of 2 but UPS label said 1 of 1. When I contacted EPIC they said they would review the warehouse cameras and see what happened. They contacted me and said only 1 box left and I was responsible for finding out how many boxes UPS took from the EPIC warehouse. I argued the point that went up to a manager named Bryant. He said Jose his rep was wrong and he would have UPS pick up the box I got. Now its almost a month later and they won't credit my credit card even though the banquet has past and I have no need for them anymore. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cost with a company that understands customer service.
