I ordered a product that was extremely oversized. It read 39-42in waist and instead it was 43' at rest. When called for possible replacement. I was told I would have to pay to return and for new one going out as if I ordered the wrong size. (I originally ordered with 2-day shipping also). Then when calling customer service I was told I could send a pic and of oversized it would be sent to manufacturer. Cody then told me that he said he would send the pic only if he thought it was oversized and needless to say, he didn't. And then he said he was the general manager and no one else speaks to customers so I couldn't get someone higher up. I work with the public day in and day out. I give excellent customer service, I expect the same in return from any company.
Love tour prices and quality just wish shipping was so outrageous
As a first time Epic Sports shopper I was pleased to find such a great selection of products along with quality. To get a feel for the company and products I chose a random selection of closeout items. I received all but one item that did end up out of stock. All items I received were of great quality. I plan to shop with Epic again.
