I am disappointed with my latest shopping experience. I placed an order on March 4th, was told it was moved to in progress and would be received on 3/19. I never received another email informing me of the delay. In the meantime, I received another order, placed several days afterwards. I was shocked to find, it was placed in an oversized boxed and the helmet fell out of the wrapping leaving marks as it must have bounced around in shipping. I called customer service after a 40 minute hold, and was told, sorry we didn't meet our commitment time, but we are still waiting on 1 of the items from your other order. I said that sucks and why was I not informed, she apologized and said she would take it up with her manager. She said I had 2 options, cancel the order or sit and wait. I asked would it be shipped faster due to the delay. She told me because I selected economy that wasn't an option. Heck, I would have paid the difference as I need the pants for Monday tryouts! I ended up going to another site paid $10 more dollars, who had them in stock, and I will have them by Friday. I am shocked after using this site for so many years to have this experience. I will tell you this will be my last time using Epic Sports for my baseball and football needs.
